Sam's pharmacy has new manager and several new techs. It's apparent that this long time Sam's customer, that they are challenge with lack of experience. Both technical and customer service. On my last visit one of the check out associates convinced me to upgrade my membership. I knew I was going shopping this afternoon , so I upgraded my membership this morning. When I arrived at the store, my membership did not show up on their system. I was told by a manager that nothing could be done. I would just have to wait a couple of days. This Sam's club is always clean and the staff is always nice. I can conveniently find anything that I need here. They always have great deals on fruit and vegetables. And I don't know a single person who hates the cheap rotisserie chicken. But this Sam's club I'm always able to get what I want. The food at the food counter is good and great price for 2.50 you get two slices of pizza and a soda. Killer deal.
