First, the cashier takes my order. With some attitude, she confirms that I was ordering 4 burritos in total. She then left and another person takes over. After a long wait, they hand me only get 2 burritos. Before I say anything, I pulled out my receipt and realized she had charged me for only 2. I didn't want to wait any longer so I let it be. Then, the burritos were thin, a whole lot of tortilla not enough filling. And on my first bite, I get a nasty burnt food taste. The other burrito was not burnt but had no flavor. Extremely disappointed with this stop.

They do not open at 430.. and when they are open, they never answer the phone so you can call in an order, I don't think I'll be coming back to this location.

Conveniently inside Circle K by Hwy 70. Burritos, fajitas and other Mexican sandwiches are affordable and grilled fresh. If you just need a quick bite, this would be the place to go.

Be careful going here: I went once for a burrito and now I buy one at least three times per week. For the portion of food, the cost is extremely reasonable and the staff is always cool.

What ab experience. I asked to grill my burrito they didn't. I had to wait to cash because an employee was balancing their till. Seriously you cant do this in the back, why do I wait when I called in an order? My order was sub par thanks!

I've been buying burritos from Santa Fe Grill for years. The location at Sonoma Ranch and Hwy 70 has decent food but absolutely terrible customer service. The young lady with 2 inch nails that worked the morning of 8/22/2021 is cringe worthy. I'll continue to buy from other locations but not this place again.

Avoid this one at all costs, this is the third time I’ve tried this one and they messed up my order like they usually do. We actually normally avoid this one ourselves but today I was closer to this one and Im very disappointed. My fiancé said when he was inside the lady was calling them out wrong and that when she would look inside the burrito it was the completely wrong order she was calling out.
