Would often pick up burritos to go. this is the THIRD occasion the order was wrong. offers were made to fix the order but when you live 20 minutes away that not exactly convenient. This last time no one really seemed bothered that they had screwed up... If anyone has recommendations of decent burritos let me know cause Santa Fe grill no longer seems to provide.

I’ve been going to S.F. Grill since high school, im in my early 40’s now. This was my families go to for an amazing burrito until today. My burrito was not hot, the potatoes looked reheated, the chicken smelled awful, there was a lot of chile peel, and the salsa was underwhelming. In short it was disgusting. I called, the person who answered was very nice, she explained that they changed vendors and product quality. That sure is disappointing. I won’t be going back after all these years. Nothing has been the same since the change from pic quick locations. I get the location change but its too bad that the quality has been changed so much and taken a side seat to profit. Anyhow, We are so disappointed and won’t go back.

Wow, they have their own building, They used to be inside a convenient store. They make amazing burritos, big good & delicious. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed. P.S. it's a drive through, went there around 9 am Saturday, they were pretty busy, there's a little bit of a wait before you order, but after you order it don't take long for you to get your burritos

I went to the Santa Fe Grill about 2:00 p.m. and I was received by one of the best and friendliest waitresses you could ever meet! She was very professional very attentive and the food which I had was a green chili burrito and it was absolutely delicious. I recommend the Santa Fe Grill and prayerfully I'll go back and I'll get the name of the African American young lady that attended me so well.Parking: The parking is in the front and in the sides of the building. Very well situated.Kid-friendliness: Lots of room inside for the children.Wheelchair accessibility: The wheelchair accessibility is very good.

I love the everything here. The food. The service.. Everything... Except for this horrid thing you guys call a building. The signs are bad and there's literally nothing else that will let you know this is a restaurant. I see Taquaria Chavez. I've drive past countless times and didn't know Santa Fe Grill was next to my home. It's terrible.. terrible.. terrible..
The burritos are to die for. We have to get Santa Fe grill every time we stop in Cruces. Today was our first time ordering from this location. We ordered ten custom burritos for the whole family and every item was made precisely how we ordered it. The gentleman cooks MF in back came out and gave a warm friendly welcome. I highly recommend this place. Great food and great people!!!?

I used the kiosk inside to place an order, but multiple people came, placed kiosk orders and left before me. I had to remind them what was ordered. After I got home, I found out they forgot the add-ons to my burrito. I tried calling, but it rang twice and hung up. Doesn’t seem like a well-run operation. We’ll stick to Fidencios from now on.
