I ordered a #1 just the burger and got a plain burger with just onions and mayo, no tomato, no pickle, no lettuce. Then not only was the burger messed up but it was smashed into the bottom of the bag soaked with grease. I went to get it fixed and the lady speaking through the speaker huffed and puffed when I told her my order was wrong I believe her name was Gabby, then a man came out to check and told me he’d fix it, I believe his name was Mario. Come to find out I can overhear them trash talking me. Ridiculous for them to do that over something that they messed up, won’t be going back they were terribly rude.

I come here very often and enjoy the food it's like any other sonic but the shakes, and blast they always come almost all the way melted and the shakes are too watery was very disappointed i thought maybe it would've been a one time thing but its happened many times already

The person who brought my food was very rude and got annoyed cause I didn't give her a tip. She had tattoos on her face she looked scary and the premium burrito I ordered was cold and disgusting I threw it up right after I was halfway done with it. I couldn't even finish it that's how nasty it was. I also got the French toast sticks with syrup and that wasn't so bad but it wasn't what I expected and I wasn't satisfied at all. Worst breakfast ever.

The onion rings are always old and there french fries taste old and the chicken nuggets tater tots french fries onion rings mozzarella sticks they need to change the cooking oil.

I ordered a small Dr. Pepper that cost almost $5. When I took a drink it tasted like dirty water just gross. I pushed the button told them that it was not a Dr. Pepper to check their machine, they replaced that drink requested it back, and gave me another drink that was nothing but syrup. Disgusting. I took the $5 loss and just left. This is the Sonic on Solano.
