Ordered large mozzarella sticks with ranch instead of marinara. Window lady had long fake nails which aren’t allowed in the food handling industry due to germs and such. She was very rude and rushy. I was patiently waiting for her to open the window to ask for ranch and she had the nerve to tell me next time we charge extra for sauce. I told her if you guys would have gotten my order right I asked for ranch not marinara. She then proceeded to shut the window as I was talking. I understand the food service Industry can be very stressful but there’s no reason to treat customers who are being nice with disrespect.

I went and ordered amd waited 30 minutes for pickle fries that were limp amd not fresh at all simply because i ordered some food for the guy digging through your trash. And when i called to speak to the supposed mgr she was very rude and kept talking over me. If thats how you train your workers i feel sorry for your company now respect at all

I'd give Sonic Drive-In 0 stars If I could. The food was disgusting. I ordered a number 10, which is the chicken sandwich. I don't think the chicken breast was even a 1/8 inch thick. It was mostly breading. It was overly salty, over cooked, and tough. It also looked like someone had sat on the sandwich. DO NOT RECOMMEND this location.
