I had a horrible experience they took over 45 minutes for 2 shakes and two burgers and when the drinks and food finally came out they were melted. And the burgers we were revived were cold and had multiple strands of hair.

Worked here for 3+ years as a roller skating carhop. It was my first job and ultimately was very positive, if you're coming specifically for the food I wouldn't, but the employees who run it are dedicated and doing their best. If I could give 0 starts I would honestly. The 2 women working the drive through on 1/27/24 were extremely rude. We were in the middle of taking our order and got interrupted with ‘okay that’ll be all for you your total…’ We politely said we had a few more items to add to our order and got ignored. The woman then proceeded to walk to my car with the rudest tone ‘did you need something else ?’ Yes. I pulled up to pay and was given a drink with a hole that spilled everywhere. I asked for ketchup and salt. Received ONE packet of each. What a joke lmao, rude as hell.

I ordered sonic blasts online and the bottom of the cup had broken off causing all of the ice cream to fall to the floor. I later called this sonic and a lady with an attitude was talking to me and proceeded to hang up in the middle of our conversation. Then afterwards, I called again and they said there is nothing they could do.
