The staff is always rude when I go in. Going as far as to roll their eyes as people walk in when their "busy" being on their phones or making themselves food. There's no need for their attitude.

Rude, bordering on hostile service. The Subway app offers are not honored at the location. If a customer makes any type of error on their app their attitude is " you made a mistake, and we are obligated to help you with it". The manager is indifferent, and could care less about customers. This is not the type of business that deserves your patronage.

If I could give them zero stars I would!! Outside lights don't work can't read the drive thru menu. Ordered 2 subs with drink and chips and it was just under $40 absolutely ridiculous poor service and outrageous price avoid this location at all costs!! Was told the price were high because of the owner. Shame on you greedy j---ass

I had previously written a review on the Subway site noting you are unable to read the menu at the drive thru because the plexiglass is so cloudy- at that time the new national menu was not available. Went today and got 2 foot longs. Tuna sandwich did not have enough meat to even cover the bun. Turkey sub had 1 layer of Turkey and not much cheese. No point in wasting your money here. Certainly no resemblance to the pictures shown on the national advertising

i made an online order and they forgot my chips. we had to drive all the way across town to get them. no compensation was offered. when we arrived to pick up what THEY FORGOT she just pointed to the chips and didn't even say anything. the employees at this location are very rude and clearly hate their lives. save your time and energy and just go to a different location. also the toaster was broken so none of the sandwiches were toasted as requested.

Bro, this is the best Subway I've gone to in town. It's super convenient to go, walk-in, chat, and get a nice subway. I've gone to the other ones in town and no other provides me the best experience than this one. The staff are super cool and share some laughs while at it. And have you tried their chocolate cookies, they should come in every meal. Overall, 5 out 5.
