Arrived 5 minutes after my order said it was ready. Waited at drive thru for 10 more minutes. When I pulled to the window my bag was ready the entire time. My sandwich wasn’t toasted & everything was cold.

Went to get a Subway sandwich at 9:40 tonight and to find out that apparently they drive through machine is not working so I went up to the window and the guy already has the counter all shut down telling me that they've already done shut down the register and everything and they're not supposed to close until 10:00 I was very disgusted with going to Subway tonight and I will be calling the supervisor in the morning to find out just what was going on but if services like this every time I go up there in this one gentleman is always there then he doesn't need to be there no more

terrible service and it’s getting really annoying that ive gone several timesTHIS MONTH to three different locations and none of them have meatballs. im just over even trying to come here at this point
