I love sushi freak. I know that sometimes people aren't on the best days. But multiple times I said I want extra, extra extra ginger and wasabi. Ordered 4 items 3 rolls 1 burrito... I was more than happy to pay for the extra, not even a problem. But after several attempts to get her to understand the level of extra. I gave up. We finished all of the ginger and most of the wasabi with half the food. And didn't have enough to eat with the rest. Please please listen to your customer. I understand that it costs money I would have been happy to pay. I understand that not everyone eats a lot of it but it's a must have when I eat sushi.Vegetarian options: Fresh made sushi so you could completely get vegetarian rolls or burritos.

Service has always been painfully slow but today we waited an hour after ordering to receive our food. We did an online order and they continuously pushed back our wait.If you want sushi just wait in line, online orders don’t work here.

Very surprised (positively so). Expected ok, got great! Affordable sushi and poke bowls made to order. Very generous (so much cucumber!!) and enjoyed the poke I had quite a bit. They cracked the code! I'll be coming here more often when I'm in town!

Ordered food to be picked up, and instead of having my food ready, we had to stand there and wait over 25 minutes for them to finish preparing it. People were ordering and picking up their food faster than I was who ordered ahead. They were also training somebody, and rather than realizing they were behind and getting to my order, they continued to go slowly training somebody.

Place is completely empty. Miso soup isn't tasty. Dragon roll toppings were left inside the serving foil and thrown away. The roll costs almost $15!! 20 FL oz bottle of Pepsi costs as much as a 2 ltr bottle! They have zero chopsticks. Wasabi isn't supposed to be BLUE. skimpy serving of ginger. The serving style of the soy sauce is WORSE.None of it is worth the cost or experience.If they don't respect the cuisine, they can stop advertising their sushi burrito.
Fantastic place! We came in exhausted after a long travel day and with four kids who were starving. The place was very clean and well decorated, the three employees on duty were super kind to me and not at all irritated by my big order. They were so fast and efficient that we were in and out of there in 20 min! Sushi was great, everyone gobbled up their dinner with nothing left. Thank you to the amazing staff!!! Also they gave us trainers for the chopsticks for the kids, that is so thoughtful!!!

Staff is genuinely nice. Otherwise, majorly overpriced for the quantity/quality. My bowl’s yellowtail portion was tiny and it was *warm* and fishy — not what you’d expect from raw sushi. The burrito was very thin. I’d say the meals are about an $8 value, but priced at $15. Too bad.

With just a tablespoon or two more of rice the roll would have stayed shut as it was it was hard to eat with sticks because it kept falling apart. I could not tell there was Unagi sauce on the Crunch roll it was so thin and watery. The over all taste for each roll, Crunch Roll and Dragon Roll was just average. This was not bad but I've had better. I purchased the rolls at the new space on Lohman.

Very expensive and zero flavor. They seemed to have skipped the rice wine vinegar in the rice and just cooked plain white rice. It was over $60 for lunch for me and a child, but was the worst sushi I’ve ever had.The staff was very nice and friendly though.
