By far the best tacos and salsa in town!!! Staff was extremely friendly and food came out fast. Tortillas are home made. I would definitely recommend trying out this hidden gem.

Too expensive. I had the Asada Burrito banado Red as they are out of Green Chile sauce for $14.50 no beans, no rice and no chips and only salsa included. It’s a little dry and the meat is merely chopped up beef.I can have the SiSenor Cambray double Burrito Plate, either Two shredded beef, ground beef, or chicken burritos smothered with unique red or green chile for $13Or Two chile con carne burritos smothered with unique red or green chile for $14The two SiSenor burritos includes beans and rice and a little bigger than the 14.50 burrito from Las Catrinas. SiSenor also include at no additional charge Chips and 4 salsas (red, green, beans & sour cream) with refill and sopaipilla for dessert. Sorry to give you a negative review. You are in my neighborhood and that’s a plus, but you are expensive for what you include with the meal and that’s a big negatory.I think Mexican Restaurants in Las Cruces does not get the secret to success yet. Delicious food in generous portions, free chips and salsas, reasonably price and refreshing ambience.

The side of their building says something about having the best tacos in Las Cruces. Don't believe it. The tacos were awful

Really enjoyed the tacos al pastor. Thought the price for a single taco was slightly high, but the menu looked good and I'd go back to try other items if I get the chance.

The food is great. It feels like home cooked food vs restaurant food. We've been here twice now and it is our go-to for Al Pastor!

Best salsa I have had…. They bring out 3 for you to try. The dark green salsa was absolutely superb! Portions are great and I love that the owner is right there. They have quite an operation, with another Mexican place right nearby. The two Mexican places are a tie, IMHO, with Los Catrinas having more menu choices and terrific salsa. The other place nearby did not offer burrito plates, which was odd. However, the meat in the burrito at Los Catrinas was ground rather than shredded or chunky, which I do not prefer. Regardless, the owner was charming, and I am So happy to have this place near my home!

We loved this place! Super fresh, tasty food. We got tacos pastor and asada. Our kiddos had the kids meal quesadilla. I highly recommend trying the chips and salsa. Some of the best salsas we had ever had!

The tacos were amazing. I've traveled a bit and patronized several amazing taco trucks in LA. This place easily stacks up plus you get to set down. The wait staff were attentive. The avacado salasa is Spicey! Great kick to the tacos asada. Very unassuming place. Stop n enjoy hot food n cold brews.

Salsa was to spicy.... JOKING ! The Salsa was sooo good that I had to ask for a to go cup of it to take back home to Arizona to show my Mexican mom, now that says something about this place! We were visiting white sands National park and made a super quick stop here. Not only was the owner, cooks, and staff amazing the food was as well and the owner made sure to explain all of the menu items, he recommended food options and listed all of his imported beer options. The Tacos de Al pastor were delicious and the Churro was incredible honestly the best one I've ever had. Due to my time mix up we had to hurry up and leave for a graduation and the owner made sure our food was done fast and packed up for us and we were out the door in no time! I will definitely come back to this place when we return! Highly recommend it !

You would think in a New Mexico town like Las Cruces it would be hard for a single restaurant to stand out from all the rest, but Taqueria Las Catrinas does just that! They are serving up best authentic Mexican in town on their menu with great fresh sauces and fresh made tortillas! Made fresh for your order!I had the Tacos Al Pastor (so good I ordered another order) and can’t wait to try more from their menu.Comfortable dining and the welcoming management and staff complements your meal, if you haven’t tried this place yet then you are like I was - missing out!

Tacos de asada came out barely warm, we asked if they were fresh and they said yes. Returned them but they came back exactly the same. Tortillas were very yummy and homemade but was overall pricey for what it was.
