It's a typical Wendy's friendly staff though

We love the nuggets here! The family order is the way to go! The drink machine is neat and allows for major customization. I like the diet root beer with vanilla. The frosties are always good though the holiday season flavors are the best!

We have limited our restaurant outings to one a month but when we want a well made burger, Wendy's is our choice.

. The food is great BUT the service here has been the worst for many, many years, never going back. To this location I'd rather drive the extra mile. They are rude and obnoxious seems like they got drunk before they got to theThey are rude and obnoxious.

Based on several attempts to eat here, this location is so terrible I don't even have words. Every single aspect of acquiring food at this location is frustrating AF.

The quality of food and order taking/dispensing through the drive-thru has been declining at this location of Wendy's over the past few months but Christmas Eve (late lunch) was the last straw. They will never get one cent of my business again. And I’ve been a lifelong customer of Wendy’s for myself and family, going back to the 1970’s.Today the ridiculously long delay from a mistake apparently made by cashier on a prior order/receipt (and prior car driving away) caused that cashier and her male manager (plus some other guy before that) to further delay my order and expand my wait time, only for Wendy’s not to include the sour cream for dried-out potatoes barely sprinkled with chives, and provide the worst unpalatable excuses for dried-up burgers with pathetic wilted lettuce and stringy tomato pieces you can imagine. Threw the potatoes and burgers out once home because they looked and smelled bad.Only the chili was decent, but the far worst of it was being cussed under the breath of staff to my face (after Wendy's mistake, delays and inability to fix their error of incorrectly operating point-of-sale computer or not knowing how to course-correct), followed by their refusal to provide me a listing for the actual cost of the order (after the credit card receipt I'd paid that was too low and wrong by Wendy’s error, something I initially brought to their attention) —then the manager’s refusal to provide any sort of receipt (handwritten would have been fine) when I put $17 cash in his hand based on his unreceipted verbal command that I owed another $16 (plus change).Clown show, but with hateful rude players. Horrible hostile experience! I’ll never go back. This Wendy’s was the Grinch today, without a redemption arc. I’ve never had a bad experience like this, but only pleasant encounters elsewhere, at Carl’s Jr., Church’s Chicken, Kentucky Fried, DQs, and Whataburger in the general neighborhood area from 70/Sonoma Ranch down Main St. in Las Cruces. Thankfully there are plentiful fast-food options other than this Wendy’s.

The employees seen that we were no Hispanic and immediately started talking in Spanish. The heater in the restaurant did not work. The manager was nowhere to be seen. The staff didn't Thank us for our business even though we were the only customers on-site. The only good rating was for the food.Parking: The parking area makes the customer walk thru the active drive thru to enter the 1 entrance available.

The food was good except for my baked potatoes. I had to return my first one because it looked like the inside of the potato was taken out. The second one was a little better. I suggest not leaving the potatoes in the oven for too long. Overall it was a good experience.
