Place is very dirty all the time. Straws and napkins on the floor. The front-end staff is very rude when you ask why your order is 45 minutes or longer?You guys seriously need to hire cooks that can show you how to push out ordersIt's not that complicated your making wings and fries people. Wait is ridiculous so I recommend ordering ahead. Ordered take out and waited almost 50 minutes but I could imagine others wait longer. Food was good but it wasn’t even warm so I assume it was done before it was handed to me. I will note there was a lot of bags stacking up in the kitchen waiting to be handed out. There is lots of staff but I guess there’s a problem with work efficiency somewhere.

First time visit to this location. It will be the LAST visit. An hour and five minute wait for a mediocre meal. Online said 35 minute wait but took an hour plus! Seems very disorganized, not clean and definitely not worth it. Boneless wings were over cooked, dry meat and too much breading.

Horrible management. Horrible service. Horrible atmosphere. If you order online and and it tells you it will be ready in 15-20 minutes, that is a LIE. Then when the app tells you it’s ready expect to get there and the staff to tell you it will be another 30 minutes at least. The last 2 times I’ve ordered we’ve waited at least an hour. For two 8 piece combos. There is no structure and no system of efficiency and they don’t offer an option for a refund or any sort compensation or even apology for their lack of time management. Such an embarrassing establishment!! Not worth the hassle!! Give your business to literally any other wing place!!

Was told it's 45 min wait to ORDER and 45 min wait for it to be ready. So nearly two hour wait for wings. Obviously they need a second business in town or a bigger staff. But two hour wait for wings is ridiculous. And this is a repeat issue for this location. Order your food today, pick it up tomorrow...

The wait was about two hours long for a online order, it was getting ridiculous but spoke to the manager Nate, and he was a wonderful man and knew what to do for us, was completely apologetic and understanding, more managers need to be like him! Also a very nice lady in the back gave us a sweet for our wait! So much respect to him and her! (Wish we got her name)
