HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! Very rude and unprofessional. The man and lady upfront didn’t acknowledge us and were bothered because of how many costumers me and my family were. Disappointed!

Went in and sat in hopes this will be no mistakes like ordering out.Food came and we only like bone in chicken wings and received the mashed chicken nuggets.I politely told him I didn't order these and he said 2 are less expensive anyway.... I felt like I had landed on a new planet and I am finally understanding customer service isn't even real anymore.I spent a total of 50.00 on a meal we didn't eat because if I were to insist I would now be labeled an ungrateful Karen instead a paying customer receiving wrong oder.

Typical Pizza Hut inside. Pizza was delicious, and cinnamon sticks were warm, soft and delicious. Service was great.
Sign outside said "now hiring". Filled out an app., walked in, introduced myself to the GM. Said she would call me back. Called again next day - same answer. Never heard from her again - wasted a weeks worth of wages. Not good hiring practice.

Horrible customer service the male manager at night called me a liar and said I ate some wing out of my food. Very unprofessional. They gave me a pizza burnt with nothing but sauce on it and only 3 wings instead of 6. Then the next round my food was cold and hard it had to have been sitting for hours.

Rather suck a strangers toe than eat from here or give business to this place again. I wanted to list the cashiers name but it wasn't listed on receipt. Why not? Also no name tag? Why not.? This young man with his dumb little mustache was a little jerk. He seemed upset because the prior customer but then when it was our turn he was unpleasant. Still had attitude, took his time to acknowledge us.. we spent $80 dollars there!!!!! 3 pizzas and wings and asked for packets of Chile peppers. He told us to cancel transaction so he can add a bottle for almost $2 we just paid for a small packet of nasty ranch, blue cheese and marinara... like he was already an a$$ ... my sister was being nice but I didn't wanna say anything because I was already upset.. customer service was lacking and our food was awful. Nothing tasted fresh & the service was even worse. I hope this place goes out of business..
