What a very cool place! We didn't try any food---we had just eaten, but needed a road trip pit stop. Enjoyed ginger ale and boyfriend had a draft beer. Very cool vibe and decor! Big space. Friendly greeting. Definitely would jump off the highway again to check this place out and try their tacos!

I ordered the original burrito with carne asada which is $14, the food came out Luke worm and the carne asada taste like tough grissely skirt steak? I also ordered chips and salsa! The chips were thick, hard and over cooked! They really need to get a recepe for a good salsa! They were serving watered down pico degio? My wife ordered a large bowl salad $15 and when delivered was told they only had a sweet balsamic dressing, when the menu offers Ranch, Italian, blue cheese etc? All of this with very loud heavy metal head banging music playing? Our waitress was sweet and took the food back, adjusted our tab and suggested we try the taco's which we're pretty good! Apparently it's a locals spot and patrons seemed to be enjoying!

Stopped in while working in the area and glad we did. The red chile hot wings were delicious and my co-worker got a brisket and cabbage burrito that he said was amazing. It was great to find a place that didn't just serve the standard local fare but were willing to get creative. Yes I love red, green and adovada like most in NM but I already know the places I'm going for those staples and it doesn't have to be the sole menu for every single restaurant. A little variety is welcome.The food was great, the staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly and the atmosphere was very welcoming. I will definitely be back.

AMAZING TACOS! A funky cantina in downtown Las Vegas with the best tacos. Carne asada, pork and green chile, and chicken. Served on homemade lightly grilled soft tacos. Yum!

I got harassed by some guy; was trying to harass me and be weird with me security guard Ellis was there for me above & beyond he did his job and I thank you so much please keep people like that in your bar because without that girls will be lost

Came in to Vegas for a meeting. Stopped at the Skillet for lunch on my way out. Wow !! Hannah the waitress recommended the Green chile Chimi Cheeseburger. I was truly amazed. What a dish.!! It’s a must have when you’re here. Hand cut fresh fries … THE BEST. Food, atmosphere Service all 5 star. Highly highly recommend.
