Finally decided to stop in to try the food here (the restaurant on Coors, not the truck). I'm glad I did! The staff were very friendly and kind. I ordered the #1 - 3 quesabirria tacos. My husband and I were driving through New Mexico and stopped in Albuquerque for the night. My husband found this gem, and we were very pleased with our burritos. I'm from Southern California, originally, and I grew up on homemade Mexican food. This place nailed it! I had a Carne asada burrito, and my husband had a birria burrito. My mouth is still watering. Get in the car and get yourself a plate of these delectable tacos! We messaged their Fb page to find their current location in Los Ranchos. They're in a sunny location with tables out front. The staff are sweet and shared their recommendations. We ordered twice the amount and when we got it back to our family, they demolished everything in 15 mins. We will be back regularly!
