Food was ok but cool to the touch. And items were missing had to chase Waitress down to correct. There were 2 other tables not busy at all. Waitress never came back for check Just a meal. Sadly usually good tip $$$. Was Zero.

Bartender sucked. She wasn't attending our table for nothin. The bartender wouldn't let us sit where we wanted to sit because she was pre-closing the area an hour before closing. Really bad attitude and lazy. She said that the table we wanted was dirty. It wasn't dirty she had wiped 3 of 4 tables in the row and left the ckeaning supplies on the 4th table. Even it had been dirty i know how to use a rag if its so damn hard for her. We had to stop on the freeway to get a meal because of the time of day but if in this area again we'd go to Applebee's just down the street. With that kind of service and attitude you can't help but think you're in a scene of the movie Waiting. Perhaps our burgers were used to clean the kitchen floor before being served. Next time we're driving through around 8pm we'll be heading to Applebee's.

I haven't stopped at this chili's in quite a while, so we stopped in for lunch, and I could tell something was different from the start from the attitudes with the employees,how empty a lot of it was,we should have left but I was hungry and we were already there so we got a table. After the waitress took our drink order, it took her a while to bring them out,I sent in an order for chips and salsa and dip, which was a bad idea because the salsa tasted like tomato sauce and the dip tasted liked refried beans but our drinks were good,we get our order finally and his burger wasn't cooked right,the fries could stay in the fryer a little longer and my chicken was a bit dry but I at least had ranch lol ? then I had messed up because I first placed my order I didn't know what I was getting myself into yet,I had placed a order to go and I was stuck with it but once again ranch came to the recuse lol ? I will give them credit for the cheese cake,that was bomb now wherever they got that omg that was great ? I will always give credit for how clean everything was,great job ?

Went in 4/15/24 asked for a booth and was told table only, when they had patrons right beside us using a booth. Went to apple bee's they have booths available. Never have I heard this, ridiculous.

Service was a bit slow and inattentive even though the bar wasn't that busy. When we needed something, can't find her. We sat at the bar. Asked for napkins and silverware. Oh, I bring that when I bring the food, she said. We had margaritas and chips with salsa and no napkins. My friend's asparagus was excellent. My quesadilla explosion salad was Piled HIGH with narrow tortilla strips but hard to find much lettuce. Very shallow bowl made it look fuller. Price was higher and much smaller bowl with less lettuce.

The guys that work here and the manager that I spoke to tonight about giving me an extra side of ranch and salsa for my Texas cheese fries and chips and salsa were absolute jerks tonight about it!! I have always been given an extra side of ranch and salsa with chips and salsa and Texas cheese fries and tonight they refused! When he asked who gave it to me the last time and I said it was a girl he responded “oh, that’s probably why” What a bunch of you know whats!! Never again! I will be contacting corporate about this.

Great safe location with lots of parking to accommodate trucks and trailers.Staff was responsive, courtesy and professional.Food was quickly served even during peak time for lunch.Definitely a great option for quick food and friendly service.

Ordered curbside take away, got there and checked in and said someone would be right out with order. 20 minutes of waiting someone finally brought my food out saying that we had to walk up as curbside was closed. They couldn't call the number that was on the order and say that. They just stated there was a sign on the door, which you could not read from the car. After waiting so long the food was cold when I got home.
