“Fantastic food and service. A bit of funny: I thought it was Cuban cuisine but it's named after Cuba New Mexico, so note it's New Mexican and burgers type food, BUT it's delicious. It's a family run restaurant which is nice and the young lady who waited on me waited on me was very genuine.It's located inside the cattle yard building and when I was there they were super busy but maintained a high level of service.We ordered yet breakfast burritos with green Chile and it was delicious. The Chile was flavor but not too hot. We like crispy bacon and hash browns and they obliged us in cooking them and they did them perfectly. Crispy but not burnt.They were a nice size as well for the cost. 6 dollars for a meal isn't bad.Plus, they weren't greasy if you know what I mean. Obviously fried but there's fried and tasty and fried and gross. This was exceptional.I definitely will be going back and how the best for them.Parking: It's a dirt lot but there's plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: I think kids could enjoy this place. “I tried this place and it was pretty good. Tons of people were here and we waited a good 30-45 to be seated for lunch. They do have warning signs that things are made fresh and take longer, however i think they are just short staffed. I ordered the chile rellanos however you spell it and it was pretty good, not exactly like we have it in chicago but it was good. Im told this is more texmex by my hispanic buddies so take that for what it is. Service was okay, staff was very friendly and fun however the kitchen just takes a very long time. Definitely would love to come back to try some other things. Thanks all and good luck!“
