He is a very talented, creative and atentative to what he makes. I've tried a lot of different items from Josiah, and they are delicious. He also does amazing on his set ups for babyshowers, wedding, etc.
I recommend everything. but my faves are the biscochitos.. yummy

Oh. My. GOD!!!! My sister and niece sent my dad a German chocolate cake and I went to grab my wallet to tip the delivery person but she had already pulled away. This cake is not only beautiful but tastes amazing! I highly recommend Josiah's! From one baker (me, newly relocated here to Los Lunas from Connecticut...attempting to start my own bakery to honor my mom who passed a year ago) to another baker (Josiah) way to go man....Delicious!
