I walk from my hotel to the storm the store had a sign saying that the lobby was closed I was unable to order any food it was about a 15-minute walk each way I feel that if they're going to close the lobby it should be posted on the website so that we know before we walk over there the manager was nice enough when I called him on the phone but he said that it had to be shut due to covid concerns I don't believe that is the reason because it was open the day before

I ordered a $100 dollar order for my big family and they forgot to give our sides. I called and they said to come whenever and get it for free. I came in and they rejected me and was insanely rude. The Owner told me I had to bring it up with the app but it was their fault for not giving us our food correctly.

My husband bought a 12 piece chicken tender meal that cost over $40 and they forgot to put the sauce. When we called to complain that now after spending so much money we aren't going to get the meal we paid for at the appropriate temperature and have to be inconvenienced for driving back to get the sauces the manager told me I was being rude. I asked her how me explaining the situation was rude and then she hung up on us!I will never do business with KCF in Los Lunas again and I will spread the word at how rude they are as well as incompetent!

My wife and I went to try KFC one more time. The last time I thought it was a little expensive. As for a advertisement on TV it should of been fifteen dollars. It cost twenty eight dollars. We got it home it was not cooked properly,pink color inside. Never go back ever,manager very rude. Even hung up on me, was just giving constructive criticism.

Lobby closed. Drive thru employees rude. Menu not reflective of actual product available, with no indication if an item is unavailable/out. Things we've ordered RECENTLY are now "not allowed". This place is dirty and poorly ran.
