This has to be the worst little ceasers in new mexico 90% of the time you have to wait 20 minutes to get a pizze because they are never "Hot N Ready" so I ordered online and got an email saying my order is ready. So I went to get them and the cashier said they weren't ready so I had to wait 10 minutes to get pizza I ordered for pickup 45 min ago this is ridiculous I'll start going to the competitors more expensive but 100x better service

I usually never write reviews unless it’s to thank a business but wow…I’ve never had such an awful pizza. I don’t know what is going on in there but the dough was hard, they gave us the wrong one, but no big deal I like sausage too but the crust was super thin then super thick and cooked unevenly so it was just a hard mess. I think they need more staff so they can take the time to do it right. Next time we’ll just get a frozen one.

I went around 6pm, the girl named Alondra was so unprofessional, had the biggest attitude, she threw the bag of breads at me ..why work in a customer service job, when you can’t talk to customers with professionalism..

the employee “Alondra “ had very bad attitude and horrible customer service , she gave everyone there order and kept taking from ours , she said it would take 8 minutes it took 30 minutes, then alondra had the audacity to throw our bread on the counter all mad , Alondra needs to find a job where she can deal with people right, or she needs to learn how to deal with her attitude or the faces she makes .

This location is so understaffed or something. It’s always so packed in there it’s ridiculous they would only have 2 people staffed. No one has gloves on while prep pizza and handle cash. Pizza was cold from just sitting there for so long and crazy bread was raw and not even cut. This place needs strong management to come through and clean things up or close it down.

Los Lunas NM location is awful. The store is not clean and staff is rude with no customer service skills. I've never seen an adult working there, it's always kids who cannot handle a weekend night rush. My order was wrong and I had to go back only to be told by a teenage boy that "It's not my fault " and with no offer to make it right. The lobby was packed and I wasn't the only one with an issue with my order. There was only one young girl making pizzas and using bare hands (no gloves) to press the dough and add toppings. I'll pass on this location from now on.
To make a pizza it took almost an hour, very bad service, when the cashier told me 15 minutes and I would leave. I do not recommend it.

We went in today hoping to be in and out but it didn't end up that way..when we first ordered the lady said it would be 8 minutes..fine.I ordered the deal with the stuffed crust pizza and the breadI ended up waiting close to 20 minutes and I unfortunately didn't check my order there. We came home and my husband realized that the pizza indeed wasn't stuffed crust. So why was the wait so long??Then I called and was told to go back in for the refund but going and coming would take me close to an hour. So unless the gas is on you then that's a no. Could you make this situation better???

Absolutely terrible terrible service. Counter person hides behind the soda holders and has her cell phone constantly in her hand. She has no idea when someone is waiting in the front. You literally have to almost go all the way to the back and catch their attention. New management is desperately needed here.
