Worst McDonalds on planet earth. Words cannot explain how utterly distasteful this location is. They never get an order right and bring out the wrong things. They just can’t seem to complete an order or take the time to read instructions. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. This location should be removed from existence and never opened again. It should be demolished for the well-being of the United States of America.

Went in on Sunday evening and the cashier told us it would be ten minutes until he could take our order. He said it was because he was the only one there. So we took a seat and waited . About five minutes went by and two more customers came in and he didn't say anything about waiting to them he took their order and ignored us . Acted like we weren't there. After the next customer came in he took their order we decided to leave and go somewhere else . We won't be going there again..

I've never used those self order machines there before, and the guy working was super helpful, helping me order. Everything was really clean and the food was great.Kid-friendliness: That light color changing table was super cute.

This McDonald's location continues to disappoint! Today, I asked for a buffalo sauce and honey mustard with my chicken nuggets..of course I got home and they gave me 2 BBQ. Not sure why this location has gotten my orders wrong more than 1/2 the time..yet the other Los Lunas location is consistently great..like most McDonalds. Please improve

Service is bad on drive through.the boy that hands out food for parked cars is extremely rude. If we ask him for salt or any sauces he will automatically say “it’s in the bag” and walk away. And won’t come back. Or if I ask him again he just ignores and walks past the window of the car! It’s not the first time it’s happened to me at that McDonald’s they always park me and he’s always the one to hand me the food! BADDDD CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!
