I stopped by here after shopping at Walmart since it's right at the entrance/exit. It was about 8:30pm and there was no line at all. I ordered my food and was told that they were going to have to drop the fries and that it would be about 5 minutes or so. Friendly customer service. Convenient location.

After trying to go in I was told they couldn't do separate orders at the drive thru so I asked them to bag them separately. When I got my food not only was it not bagged separately, which when I asked why they just gave me more bags to do it myself, they still didn't give me everything I ordered.

Just bought 3 meals from this location and all of our hamburgers were raw. I pray to God none of my kids get sick to they're stomachs because of this.Just wasted $40 on frozen raw hamburger meat.

The lady who took our order this morning was very Rude and telling us to hurry up. I requested no ice in my drink they gave me ice. We ordered a large coffee and they gave us a small. Unacceptable customer service!
The drive through cashier messed up or order, and blamed me for it. Didn't tell me the price of the order, nor repeat what it was. Then the manager the early morning if August 16, 2020. Told me that there items she was giving me was something completely different from what it should have been.

Los Lunas Walmart Mcdonalds!! 07/14/2020- Purchased 2 twenty piece nuggets.. drove 5 miles home.. they were cold, rubbery, some hard on the outside and on the inside the meat must have been so over cooked it disappeared!!! Slop!! ?

Go to McDonald's in Los Lunas asked for a strawberry/banana smoothie I pay for it get to the to pick up window they don't have it, then they tell me to pull forward and they will give me my money back I waited five minutes for this to happen the they give me my change of $2.25 well the .25 cents is all pennies, very bad experience today and it's not just today
