I rather go to Albertson's even though they don't use the rewards app. This location is awful. Like another comment stated, they will 'greet' you with a rude hello after you wait for them to say something before you order. Not even the basic manners.

All I want to know is WHO THE HECK IS RUNNING THIS LOCATION NOW- who ever took over in the last month 11/23 or so has managed to run off good help/baristas, there’s nothing like a rude greeting from new employees when you drive up to place orders in the drive thru, Corporate should really start taking a good look at “REVIEWS” and addressing these issues because appointed store managers dang sure ain’t, … NOBODY wants to take pride anymore for servicing their customers it’s a dang shame but they sure are quick to see how much of a tip was given looks like this store needs more customer training …

5am 3 people in there, and the door is locked. I drive a large commercial vehicle and can't use the drive through. On top of that they disappeared into the back. Don't recommend.

Went in yesterday and had a great visit! Even found a new drink I wasn't expecting to as I love the white mocha. Tried the cinnamon latte (I believe) and it was amazing. Plus Desi, Amanda, Chris, and Andrea were great employees... Starbucks needs to get a better way for us to give kuddos to the good employess..I hope they do something for these employees who made our visit wonderful. Thank you

Have to ask for a cup heat shield and stoper every time though I'm IN THE DRIVE THROUGH. BTW- drinks and food taste like plastic here... don't bother going inside either.VERY HUFFY staff if you don't tip for one coffee that took 15 minutes to pour- but seriously it's a $5.00 cup of coffee...staff's only focus is drive through business so they can boost tips at the window instead of delivering decent service.Don't bother stopping at this location.

Placed a Mobile Order got there 20 mins after I placed the order. After waiting 30 Minutes inside for for my order 3/4 drinks were ready and they let me know that they didn’t have pineapple for my order. It would’ve been nice if they had let me know when they pulled my cup so that I didn’t have to wait 30 Mins.

Everyone here is so friendly! Service is quick and accurate. They always get my order right, even though I order something new every time. Food and drinks are up to Starbucks standards. Today all the baristas are singing and I'm pretty sure this is my happy place!

Don't order inside, you're their last priority! Every visit takes 10 minutes to make one drink. I watch a cars drive up and leave before I get mine. I take time to get out of my car, greet them and still get taken care of last. Shop local shops, they understand customer service!

Despite paying for 10 pumps of chai, and asking for light milk foam, I received foamy milk. There’s almost no flavor. I basically paid $6.09 for…hot milk?! Y’all took me for a ride on that one!!
