Horrible customer service! Understandably a busy lunch but when I asked a question I was snapped at told very rudely that I didn't specify what I wanted. Customer service is hard but that was uncalled for. Will not be returning if this is how we treat customers.

The bread was old hard and not very good! Generally the food is pretty good but the last two times that I went to subway it hasn't been very fresh at all! Very disappointed you used to be a good place to get a good sandwich but not anymore!

We've got food from this Subway twice since moving here. Both times we ordered online only to get there and be told they are out of everything. We are told they are out of steak, chicken, italian bread, etc. They refuse to give us money back or a discount (we had already paid online for food they did not have). I gave this place a 2nd chance after the first time, but I will not be using it again.

Isaac was a great sandwich artist. He is really trying hard to create the best sandwiches here. He may not be the fastest but when he crafts them he knows all the problems people have with a sandwich that falls apart the moment you grab it. Mine never fell apart and that is why I trust him to make my sandwiches.

I did an online order and when I got my sandwichs home I was very upset. My sub was a turkey, bacon and guacamole sub with green Chile. There was no guacamole, green peppers, or green Chile. Then my daughter's kids meal had old cheese on it. When I called to complain they said it was because of the toaster( hers was no toasted) and then they hung up on me and wouldn't help. So rude.

Ordered a sandwich Togo on 9/20/19. Stated eating at home and the tomatoes were moldy. Definitely won't be back

Waited for 10 min when it wasn't busy to be told they didn't have any bread and the brisket I was going to order was frozen so they couldn't make it. They still had an hour and a half left to be open how does that work?????
Dependable food Everytime! I don't think I've ever had an actual bad experience at any Subway thus far. I love the ones here in New Mexico because I can get green chili which just makes them so much better!!!
