Such a bad experience today. I called and asked if they had brisket tacos…. they said they were out. I called back and ordered two burgers and a kids meal. The kids meal came with just one chicken tender and maybe 10 fries if that. Our burgers were gross and cold. French fries literally tasted like the water they clean tables with. I used to work at a restaurant and it smelt/tasted like she was using the same gloves she cleaned with to make the food. It used to be so good but idk this was probably the last time I go.

This is the best food I've found since we moved to NM 2 years ago. We got the fry bread burgers. The fry bread was hot, fresh and chewy. The staff are all cool.

If you order online through DoorDash don’t expect for them to have a clue what is going on. Through their own website it gives you the option to either do delivery or pickup. I chose pickup, received a confirmation email and another when order was ready. My husband went to pick it up and they said they only do DoorDash. Long story short the order was there the whole time. Very rude employees!

I ordered from Village Cafe a week or so ago, everything on Google maps and their ordering page said they were open and good to go so we ordered online. We got a confirmation of receipt of the order and left to pick it up.Showed up and all of the lights were off, nobody was there. The hours were the same on the doors, and I only live a 5 minute drive away, but I don't think it was open at all.

at one point in time, the village cafe was by far my favorite place in a 20 mile radius of Los Lunas, for the past 6 months the service has been getting worse and worse. being a truck driver let me tell you a little something about the "supply chain shortage", it has become an easy out for the unskilled and lazy. everything on your menu can be prepped, and the wait staff doesn't even know the menu. the place has to get better training and guidance if it expects to make it long term

The staff does not mask appropriately. This includes the cook at the drive through window who wears her mask around her chin. This business has lost me and my family as customers.I went to pick up our food today and threw it out when I got home. I don’t believe in not paying for food that I’ve ordered but this is the very last time this restaurant will ever get money from me.

first off you you put items on the menu you dont even have...waitresses are aware of anything beause the cooks dont communicate and waitresses dont take orders right and my eggs were raw af and the papas looked and tasted like the were cooked in the microwave....never going back and i would recommend a tv dinner before that place..

Took my family for lunch and hd the worst experience I've had in valencia county ....everything we ordered they were out of...they dont even communicate with the cook and he dont even tell you till a while after placing your order....the you order some thing else only to wait a long wait for them to forget one of the plates...food was worse than tv dinners ...could have had better at joy junction....

BE CAREFUL!!!! Went in to order their mega deal they were out of part of it but still charge full price for a incomplete order. Staff was rude and unhelpful would not return.
