“We were staying at The Clyde for a conference and some of our people found this little place, and boy we were thankful they did! The word spread fast through quite a few groups from our conference because they did not disappoint! For lunch yesterday, our group had Zak's Famous Club, Monte Cristo, Tosatadas Compuestas, and Pasolé which were all amazing. This morning we had Carne Adovada and Eggs, Good Morning Relleno, and another round of Pasolé for one because she loved it that much! They also have a $5 handheld breakfast burrito that you can grab on the go! The chips and salsa were also yummy! And to top it off, the staff were very nice! “All around an amazing experience! The atmosphere was so welcoming and intimate along every wall is beautiful artwork. I walked around the entire restaurant and restroom, I'd have to say it is one of the cleanest restaurants I have ever been too. My coffee was just what I needed to get my morning going. Our breakfast burritos were the best in town! The empanada's were so delicious they were crispy yet soft and the filling were great it wasn't too sugary. Oh let's not forget about their top tier homemade chocolate chip cookies, these cookies were so heartwarming to me(they reminded me of home). “We wandered in to Giovanni’s for the first time since we were doing jiu-jitsu next-door and needed a quick dinner. Not only was their pizza delicious (each of my young kids ate 3 pieces!) but I was impressed by their customer service. Our pizza came out a little burnt on one side. The staff member immediately apologized, admitted she hadn’t gotten it out right away, and offered to replace it. They quickly made us a replacement pizza to ensure we were satisfied. Then she not only gave us both pizzas, she also threw in a free slice of cheesecake that was incredibly smooth and delicious!!! I love supporting small, local businesses who do things right and will definitely be back again! Thanks for a great first experience!“

“On a busy Saturday around 11am, we were greeted and seated right away. Wait staff hot our drink order within 5 minutes and our food was prepared and brought to us very quickly. The Albuquerque turkey, the Cubano, and the roast beef sandwiches were all delicious and the potato salad was good. Nothing fancy but worth a visit. “I've eaten here twice, once was to go and once was dine in. Price wise, they're reasonable, and you get a lot of food. I've had the pad thai twice, once medium and once hot, hot is not that hot. I also had the crispy tofu which was okay on its own, the sauce it came with was really good. Place looks nice, the napkins are rolled to look like flowers. My one complaint with this place is canned sodas are $2.90.“

The pizza slices were nice and big and 2 is plenty to fill ya up. Waitress was nice and courteous. Restaurant atmosphere was ok. I’m glad I came in during a lull. Only downside I would critique is I wish they cooked my pizza slices 5mins longer. The crust was soft and flimsy to where I had to use a knife & fork to eat the pizza. Once I took a slice home and re-warmed it in the oven and for a bit crispier crust, it was perfect! Toppings were fresh and plentiful.“

“They're a really great home grown restaurant. With a personal twist that makes for one of the finest Hot Pastrami sandwiches around.The dressings are their own recipes and it's fantastic. My favorite is the Greek dressing.The whole menu is delicious.The food is fresh and is fantastic for takeout because it tastes as good after the ride home as it would at the restaurant.Also the staff is in good spirits, it seems like they must have a decent work environment. But the cost of the meal is more than reasonable.The ingredients are high quality and I get the impression that they pay a good wage.I believe they're a model business.“
