Dined in cantinas, pleasant and comfortable setting. Wait staff attentive and allowed us plenty of time to visit and enjoy a drink before ordering food. I had calamari which was good although slightly overcooked( which is easy to do) and my friend had shrimp tacos which she was pleased withAgain wonderful staff.

The rooms are small but very nice. The restaurant and cantina are awesome.

Excellent food and friendly service by James the bartender. We will definitely return when next in the area. We especially loved the creamy jalapeño soup and the margarita pie!

Everything was amazing all around, my girlfriend was a fan of the margarita! Steak was undercooked to our liking but everything was great! Around $80 w/o tip.

I ate at the restaurant and it was a great experience! I ordered the crab meat enchiladas with blue corn tortillas, a corn casserole, black beans, and a broccoli slaw. The food was delicious. Anayah provided great service. She's friendly, checked on me regularly, and provided timely refills without me having to ask. Highly recommend!

Excellent service and food was done to perfection. I had Sea Bass and it was cooked perfectly.

Excellent location! Easy to walk to shops and restaurants and Mesilla Plaza. Not far to drive to downtown and museums. We would probably stay there again for the location and relatively reasonable price, but it doesn't offer much extra to be called "boutique." The "veranda" room we ended up in looked out at the parking lot with no room to put a chair outside. We were supposedly in a bigger room but it was not very spacious due to odd placement of armoire and mirror and little table. No windows, just french doors with built in blinds. There is a pod coffee maker in the room but no frig. No lobby for guests except for outside chairs. The restaurant was busy but we didn't hear much noise. The pool is not heated. Nearby places offer breakfast. Offered a free appetizer with purchase of a meal which we didn't use.

The staff is amazing! The facility however could use some improvements. The main stairwell needs to be renovated to be authentic Hacienda Style. The toilets in the guest rooms are too low and the armoires do not allow for long clothing to be stored Handheld shower heads would be a great improvement as well as a small refrigerator. Overall the excellent staff makes up for poor aesthetics.Rooms: Nice but a little outdated. Toliets to low to ground.Food & drinks: Excellent Food!

We spent two nights at $168 a night which is unwarranted. The location and views are great but beyond that, the rooms are worn and in need of refurbishing. The bathroom was not clean, beds are not made and in cold weather you get a page of instructions to use the heater. The Encanto might be a better choice.Rooms: The rooms are worn and in need of refurbishing.

Food was okay. Not terrible, but expected much better. The Baseball Cut was good but slightly overcooked for medium-rare. My partners Hacienda Arrachera Steak was chewy. Not enough staff, staff was slow, bar was noisy. It's okay but there are better places nearby.
