“We love the food here. They offer a cheeseburger served on a tortilla (their “Rancho Grande”) with plenty of the 505’s famous chili’s which is cooked to order. This is one of our favourite things from their menu.Their hours of operation are not always compatible with when we are passing through the area; however I have always left here very glad to have made the time to exit I-25 and drive in to Pecos to get a meal. This is not fast food; on the contrary they are a small business which takes their time. They seem to operate (during the late-lunch timeframe at-least) with a minimal staff. If you want or need to be served in a colloquial New-York-City-minute; you will be quite disappointed with their speed. Pecos is not NYC in countless glorious ways. However if you can wait a bit you will get NM cuisine which is good, authentic, unpretentious at a price point which is acceptable.”
“Went to Pancho’s on Father’s Day to grab lunch heading up to Santa Fe’s National Forest for a picnic with the family.First time ordering from here and knew it was located inside a gas station but from my past experiences that’s where the best foods come out of ?We were greeted by a young man named Robbert who was super polite and wanted to make sure we understood the menu and ordered exactly what we wanted, he went out of his way to make sure we were happy..Super nice guy and the food he made was amazing. We loved every bite. In fact it smelt so good we didn’t even make it to the picnic area we really wanted to enjoy lunch at, nope five minutes into the drive and my girls were already devouring the food.. ?Great food, Robert was a pleasure and we would definitely go back and recommend!Enjoy ?Vegetarian options: My wife had the vegetarian taco plater! ?”
“There a bunch of awesome arcade games here! Never seen a DQ like it. Very clean inside and lots of seating. For the middle of nowhere this place was a pleasant surprise!”

“We were visiting the area from our of of town and decided to stop in for lunch. This restaurant has an amazing atmosphere that gives off Old West Saloon vibes. This place also appears to be very popular among locals even selling pantry staples such as fresh eggs!Overall the food was very good. We would highly recommend the Green Chile Stew and Red Chile Ground Beef Enchilada Casserole as they were both delicious! We would definitely suggest that you make Frankie’s a destination if you’re in the area!!”
