“We just tried Bruno’s as we passed through Raton. So fresh and delish! I had the pizza Rolls and my partner had the pizza! Staff was friendly and helpful and our order was ready very quickly. The crust is the freshest! Better than most places in big cities! We will definitely be eating here every time we go back And forth to Colorado. I highly recommend! 5 stars”

“Good food all the drinks were cold you get waters before you order if that’s your thing the waitress was nice it was decorated and again the food was amazing and we even had a black little chihuahua like dog and the dog was very friendly for that breed he was kinda chubby but that added to the entire experience”

“Great food can be found anywhere. Today I’m at The Oasis Restaurant in Raton NM and I’m having their version of a Chile burger. Two open face burgers smother in a red Chile with beef and beans. The burgers were delicious, very well seasoned with a nice crust on the surface. The red Chile was tasty as hell, it had some good bite to it and the beans and beef crumples in the chile added a little extra ummmph. The restaurant itself has so much character to it. It’s an old style diner where everybody knows each other, patron and staff alike. The restaurant also serves as the front office to the motel so after your meal you can check in and head to ur room. It’s tge kind of establishment and character that you can only find in a small town and I love it ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I will be back again, I guarantee it ❤️”

“This is my second time eating at Pappa's Sweet Shop, both time passing through on a road trip. Great food both times. I've never had a pancake style enchilada, so had to try that, Christmas style. Very good, generous portion! The staff was friendly and accommodating, kept an eye on our drink refills. The atmosphere is basic, but quiet and charming.”

“We travel through Raton frequently. How we missed this place I will never know. We weren't staying in the hotel, but decided to try the restaurant. Our server brought samples of the green chili so we could decide on smothered burritos or not. Attentive and not cloying. The menu is varied. The bar selection good. I am sure we will return each and every time we stay in Raton.”

“The food was wonderful! The only thing I was disappointed in was my foot long pretzel. It was so hard and chewy I couldn’t eat it. Need to go back to the original pretzels you once served. Those were the best!”
