Congratulations to this Applebee's for having the most amazing Hostess I've experienced at any restaurant, ever! She is so friendly and helpful and makes every person who enters feel important and that makes her a superstar.If you can't decide where to eat tonight go visit this Applebee's and you'll at least get treated like a King and a Queen when you walk in.( plus Applebee's is always yummy)

Enjoyed the food, had fiesta lime chicken. Service was better than other places though my group was larger than normal, everything was right, the server(s) might consider team working even more under the circumstances.Overall a positive experience in dining with price per meal being fair.

Order 2 to go meals and given a pickup time. It took 40 mins. longer than the scheduled pickup time.Had to tell the young man my first name twice. Really hard to remember, 'Jim. 'But, never once did he explain why my order was late!Did an online rating & got a $10 gift card for a $50 meal!Received an email from the restaurant manager & replied to same & have not heard back since. Going on 2+weeks!
It's kinda hard to answer theses questions. We kinda had drinks.I ordered a water and got a beer, my boyfriend ordered an old fashion and the waitress offered to put Pepsi in it.We ordered artichoke dip, a 12oz steak with Mash potatoes, and Broccoli. My boyfriend ordered a Cajun salmon dish she asked if he was OK with mashpoatatoes and Broccoli as well. He said yes. It's valentines day so we understood the wait. Finially asked about our appetizer and she said "oh yeah your onion?" We said no it was artichoke dip. She left and we noticed the table next to us was having problems too, they had two tickets and just getting a third. Waitress came back and asked what we ordered again said she lost the ticket. I start to tell her my order and she says with Fries right? I said no mashpoatatoes and Broccoli and she replied " it only has one side." I said oh you offered us both mashpoatatoes and Broccoli earlier. She said " I don't know what you saw or heard ma'am but that not how it's served."We Finially decided it was enough and asked to just pay for the drink and the dip which was just getting to table. She got mad... let me repeat that SHE got mad... and said don't worry about it you can just leave. We offered to pay again at the hostess desk and she sweetly said not to worry about it. Absolutely crazy experience. So now we are at Red Robin down the hill with great costumer service and no problems with drinks or food.
I ordered the riblett plate, and it was great. Would definitely return.

This Applebees has just gave me over cooked steak and I ordered macaroni and cheese and they did not serve me that this is over all a rude work place and the wait took so long and it was a terrible take out order and all of the food was incorrect.
Took over 2 hrs to get dri ks wheb seates waitress was rude and bad food never came out never again will o go there
