I just wanted to say how much I appreciate the customer service I received from Cassidy C. She always goes above and beyond and I think she's doing an exceptional job at that store. It looks cleaner by far and I am so impressed.

I wanted to give BR a try as I saw an advertisement. Probably won’t be back though. The got the loaded cookie dough sundae and the cookie dough tasted like it had been sitting in the freezer and had that odd freezer taste - you know the one where it’s stale and takes on the flavor of something else. I don’t know, I couldn’t finish it because the taste was off putting. For a treat over $8 plus a tip, I wish the cookie dough tasted like cookie dough and not weird like it did. Especially because the whole Sunday was loaded with the dough. I will say the two girls behind the counter were kind, just won’t be back.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. This was my second time coming to this specific baskin-robbins and both times they didn’t have what I requested . 1st they didn’t have the mango concentration for a smoothie and the second time I came they didn’t have ice to make me a smoothie. I also ordered a double scoop to go and when I got home I noticed they didn’t even give me the flavor I requested.

Good experience. The shop was clean - the staff were cleaning/sanitizing the chairs and tables when we arrived, the staff were courteous, helpful, and got the order right. Of course, the ice cream was cold and delicious. When we want BR, this is where we go. Recommended.

I had the two scoop sundae. I am not a big ice cream fan but I love Baskin Robbins! The two young people who waited on us were very courteous!!! It's nice to be treated respectfully!

I was very disappointed coming In today there were three people working two make one female .The taller male with a visor had an attitude from the start or walking in and when we ordered the young lady was sweet .he then took my order and once and and my fiancé had ours we were waiting for our friend to decide what he wanted the guy with the visor then said if u guys are done I’ll check u out with an attitude like we weren’t allowed to wait and pay all together .my friend said he’d pay and then the guy just didn’t say anything annoyed and he then said he wanted a waffle cup with 2 scoops and asked if they could do 3 scoops he jumped in while she was serving and said no and he then asked again and the male said it’s like 4$ more for another one with an attitude once again .he started to ask what toppings they had cause he’s never been there and a lady comes in and is waiting and the guys ends up helping her and once the young lady finished his stuff and gave it to him we went to check out .our friend went to pay for us and he was thinking about buying a cookie I cream thing and ask about it .at this point the lady that came in line to pay next ,when he asked the question to the girl the guy standing behind her again jumped in explaining all rude about to to get us out of store and my friend didn’t decide to buy one but the guy worker there had the nerve to tell the lady I’m sorry like if we were holding up 10 minutes standing there.once we payed my friend turned around and he stepped up to counter and shook his head all annoyed and when we walked out starts laughing or talking under his breath to co worker . I don’t appreciate that type of service if it is 30 minutes before u close if it’s a problem close your doors before but don’t have an attitude cause that’s your job and have your ignorant young employees treat the people that go in there with more respect . That is so disgusting and disrespectful to treat someone that way for no reason cause your mad or having a bad day. I will no longer be giving my money here and I will be sharing a post about the service and this location .very unethical

As another reviewer mentioned I’m only giving two stars as I love BR ice cream. However, this place in the evenings is terrible. We’ve been in the store and ordered online and every time service is terrible, and almost every online order is wrong. They need to really learn the difference between UberEats and Doordash, and send the correct orders with these drivers! So tired of receiving incorrect orders! Also, pretty much every time we’ve had an issue we’ve never been able to get through on the phone, it’s always busy, as if it was off the hook.
The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because I love their ice cream. The evening staff is rude went there twice around 8:45 and the lights were off. Went again around 8:40 and the teens were still inside pretending as if they were working while my child cried. This last time got there at 8:30 and the open sign was off again, left at 8:44 after getting our ice cream we took pictures of the time. When I mentioned excúseme your sign is off the girl just laughed

Who doesn't love ice cream?! Your favorite ice cream.flavors are there whether you want it on a cone or in a dish or with a sundae or a banana split. You can get a shake or get an ice cream pie. Lots of ice cream to eat in or to go. Stop in . . . It's perfect for a hot day and we have many of them.

These guys are the best every Friday we take our dog to get a vanilla cup and every time they make our dog feel like a celebrity, our dog has fun we have fun they are awesome there, always so friendly and the ice cream is delicious

07/15/2022. Ordered the $35 at home sundae kit. Recieved 2 quarts of ice cream, three cups, with 1 scoop of toppings. Usually when we order this we get what we pay for, cherries and all. So I called and the "manager" says, "Sorry, they aren't trained" and offered a free scoop when I came in. This was for my mom, she's not going in. But I got a sorry, we don't train our people and that was it. I was hoping they'd complete what I paid for, but no. I mean we love BR, but beware of ordering on line!
