Not the first time that our order was completely wrong, just irritated because it happens over and over again. Order was for an istaburger with cheese, no pickles, no onions but comes out without cheese and with onions. Second order was ista with double meat double cheese, no pickles, and extra mayo but comes out with single meat (I paid for double) and zero mayo.If this is actually monitored, Unser Blvd in Rio Rancho, NM on 3/21/2024 @ 8:18. Order #99..... Maybe try to correct the problem so I can also go back to ordering my breakfast burritos from there instead of somewhere else.

I use to live in alb. Worked at a lotaburger too. Moved to TX visiting my mom this weekend in Rio Rancho. Of course I have to go to lotaburger and get mine with Green chile. ? Delicious. Just like I remember them. Crew was great and super Friendly. Clean restaurant. Went Sat March 9th at 7:15 pm. We will be going back before we leave again.

It's sad how far this store has gone under. Last time I called an order in I waited 45 minutes after the 45 minutes they told me would be the wait. This time I've tried calling multiple times and can't even get ahold of their automated robot, or representitive. I used to love this store for everything they offered. I'd order online but simply can't when you can't pay in cash.

Incompetent. That's the only way I can describe this Blake's location in Bernalillo. They ALWAYS get the order wrong. As you can see on the receipt, I ordered two smothered breakfast burritos (1 sausage 1 bacon) One came smothered and the other completely DRY and BOTH bacon! I'm so glad I paid all that extra money for two smothered burritos. Totally incompetent. Are all locations this bad?

I’ve been to this Blake’s 5 min before closing and the burgers are just as good as at lunch time. I choose to go this Blake’s over others around me because they are consistently delicious. Thank you for good food all the time my family and I enjoy it.

The food is alright, but the experience at this location is usually frustrating at best. Note that if you choose drive-thru, be prepared to wait a minimum of 10 minutes, as they are extremely slow even when there's no one else in line and it's not rush hour. This time I waited over 15 minutes with just 1 person ahead of me and unfortunately I was stuck in the lane at that point. When they were handed their bag they handed it right back a moment later (I assume it was the wrong item). When I finally got my food (burger w/ tomato and lettuce) the receipt on the bag had the right order, but I was given a cheeseburger with the works. If a fast-food joint is taking that much time, I expect it to at least be the right order. They aren't cheap, either. Disappointed and will not be coming here again.

Always have issues with Lotaburger no matter which location. They can never get my order right. Recently, I asked specifically for a Lotaburger with meat, cheese, green chile and bacon ONLY and still got everything on my burger that I did not want. Automated phone system sucks as they put chile in my son's food every time I ask them not to, ordering in person obviously doesn't seem to work either. Paying a lot of money for the wrong order is not ok. I have stopped going for this reason and seem to try and give them more chances only to get disappointed again. ??

This location on Unser in Rio Rancho is Super SLOW! We waited to order but they never turned around to acknowledge us or let us know they would be with us shortly. We were essentially invisible to the young staff. Thank goodness there is a Whataburger south of Southern on Unser that is run with Amazing efficiency and helpful staff. I waited 13 minutes for my whataburger combo with Green-Chili. Would I return to Blake's again? Yes !!! The staff in Los Lunas on Main are great!!! I think it's the staff and being perhaps short on help. It happens. 1 star for service, 2 stars overall. I was Hangry. ;)

Absolute worst service we ordered. We were waiting about 45 minutes they ended up giving our order to somebody through the drive-through. The drive-through person came in told him that wasn't their order. They gave them their right order. They turned around and tried to hand the order she just brought in after she was touching and opening everything. Unacceptable. All the employees looked at me like a was dumb when I told them the lady just brought the order in from her car. Never will eat there again who knows what else they do to ppl orders
