Order a combo meal. Fries were so hard I couldn’t even eat them. I pulled up to the window and the workers were just standing around laughing maybe that’s why the fries were hard!!!

They tend to get a little sloppy and lazy. The food slopped together, always messy and never put together properly, the shake machine never works every time we go it never fails. Very slow service. I wish this place had better management this is Rio Rancho.

Food is good, Chile is hot but the fries can use less salt. And the whole 75 cent charge for refills is a little ridiculous. And they need to renovate the inside as well.

This place is trash. Kids running the store never have fresh food. Fries seem days old and they serve it up like they would really eat it. Forget this place

It’s just consistently bad. Pretty sure my food was body slammed before they handed the bag to me because my tacos were broken into pieces. Not just the shell cracked in half, but like actually crumbled. Had to eat with a fork because I couldn’t pick them up. My boyfriend’s chili dog had chili only on 1/2 of it? And the bun was stale and hard as a rock. We asked for crispy chili fries and I don’t believe they were even cooked because some in the middle were cold cold and just mushy/ slimy. Certainly won’t be back and others shouldn’t spend their money here either. 3.8 review rating is way over generous for this location.
