This is a hard review to write. I am gonna start off with there was only one person running the front. I know she did her best, but the food was cold n old, and the soda were just carbonated water. Very disappointing

Me and my husband decided to buy breakfast from Burger King for the first time, we have heard bad comments about the store but we decided to give it a try, our breakfast was exactly what we ordered and the person at the window Cruz was very friendly, thank you!! Definitely we will return to BKEverything overall was amazing.

Worst customer service. We order 3 breakfast sandwiches and three drinks at drive thru. They forgot one sandwich. Drove back around and they said to pull forward with the receipt. Provided the receipt and he asked to look in our bag. My son and his teenage daughter were already eating their sandwiches so I told the employee that. He said he still needed to see in the bag! I looked at him in total confusion! The bag was now empty. He told me if I wanted a refund he needed to look in my bag. He literally wanted them to stop eating their sandwiches, wrap up what was left, put them in the bag and give it back to him! I told him I didn't want a refund at all I wanted the sandwich I paid for. He proceeds to tell me I need to calm down. I had not even remotely raised my voice albeit I did question our need for putting our half eaten food back in the bag to prove to him they shorted us. I'm in a 100k vehicle and I'm going to try to get a 3.00 sandwich for free? Seriously? I give him the bag, he proceeds to look through it, hands it back and proceeds to get my sandwich. When he gave me my food I told him it was rude to tell an obviously calm customer that they need to calm down. He said he'd been a manager for 6 years and it's what works for him. Unbelievable customer service. I'd never step foot near this place again.

I just had the worst breakfast ever!!! The burrito was disgusting and the french toast was over cooked. Never going there for breakfast again. Now i know why no one was there!! Just wasted my money.

This was my favorite burger king until tonight. I ordered two whopper jr sandwiches. Both swiss and bacon. Both without lettuce. The cook got it wrong and put regular cheese and no bacon. The woman at the window noticed and asked him to fix it. He apologized to us, all of this was okay. When I got home, I had two whopper jr sandwiches, bacon with regular cheese (not Swiss) and instead of no lettuce, I got lettuce and no tomato. The food was thoroughly unenjoyable. I used to go out of my way to go to this location. That will not be the case anymore.

I go through this drive-thru often, and am always happy with my order. Today was the first time I went inside, and I was surprised at how clean and well run this location is. It's sad that this has become a rarity these days. I felt it necessary to let them know they are doing a great job.

Buns were cold they don't heat them up any more that's way people are not going there .maybe one or twice a year only. They use to Warm up them Hamburger bun . Now they taste Nasty to me
