First off, I don’t write bad reviews. But with Alex M my experience with them wasn’t great, I understand with DoorDash Ing, and working in the fast food industry that night and being shorthanded, weights or longer, but I don’t Like being ignored for a DoorDash order that I have to deliver food by certain time and I’m waiting 30+ minutes after the fact on two small burgers while you’re employees are lollygagging in the freezer and with the crowns

Didn't Have Ice Cream Cones After I Waited On Them For At Leat 15
I went through the drive thru tonight, placed my order and it was 7:20 by the time I got it; and to top it off the soda was flat. It wasn't super busy either and to make it worse, no explanation given by the staff as to why it took so long, no apology either, not coming back here, I don't care if it was free.

This location is never open during posted business hours they always close down around 10:00pm turn off all lights and menu and refuse to take orders. Extra annoying when I get mobile orders from here and have to cancel for the customer.

When you ask for 2 cheeseburgers with KETCHUP ONLY, and confirm at the pick-up window that these have KETCHUP ONLY and the sticky on the paper inside the bag reads KETCHUP only, you would expect KETCHUP on your cheeseburger. NOT!!!!!!

I'm revising my review even worse and I will never eat there againThey have so much turn over its not funny the manager's are nasty if this burger King wants to stay open they need to replace all their managers. It's a family affair from what I've heard and thats a recipe for disaster and sad for Rio Rancho. Go to Denny's much better.

The food was extra good for Burger King's regular standards, the employees were nice, but it did take a minute or two before they were able to take our order. The establishment is very cozy with a modern exterior and an early 2000s interior.
