After dinner my daughter wanted ice cream so I took her to cold stone. Although the staff was friendly they just wanted to get rid of us. They took our order, the mix-ins we got for our ice cream were not mixed in at all. Our ice cream was placed on the stone and they pushed it into the ice cream like twice, scooped it up and shoved it in the cup and gave it to us. Eating it on the way home the brownies and candies were all at the bottom nothing was mixed in. Not worth going again. Bad customer service by these young people who just wanted to talk amongst themselves. I will not return.

My order was incorrect. I ordered via DoorDash. The receipt stapled to the order was correct, but only 1 of 2 ice creams was correct. The incorrect order was supposed to be a medium chocolate-chip cookie dough with Reese's topping, but I received some kind of vanilla marshmallow thing. Pretty bummed.Also, the amount of ice cream per dish was ridiculously small - especially for the $10 per person.I feel ripped off. I'm not mad, just disappointed, Cold Stone.

I ordered from door dash. On the menu before you add the door dash tax it clearly states 4 pack of ice cream sandwiches are 15 dollars and some change. They said to my Dasher they're only worth 6 dollars which is also incorrect from their online menu. Whoever was working from 7 to close is not doing their job and sent me peanut butter which I can't have because my kids are allergic. So thank for sending poison to my house and stealing from me And no it was not door dashes fault for once. Edit just remembered I have dashpass through my job I only pay for the price of the item and my tip. It was 22 dollars in total meaning you robbed me.

Found out I’m miscarrying today and I wanted some ice cream to help ease the pain. Ordered it by Grubhub so I wouldn’t have to leave the house and my mix ins were almost non-existent. I had only a few bites with mix ins in my “gotta have it” and the rest was just plain ice cream. To say it was a disappointment was an understatement. I’ve ordered the same dessert from multiple locations and I’ve never had a more pathetic ice cream than tonight. Thankfully I don’t live here anymore because I will not be returning to this location.

Is the worst cold stone I've ever been, we have tried it a couple of times in the past, but this time I definitely can tell they haven't gotten any better.The waffle bowsl were old, and the ice cream was melting before we even paid.The ice cream portion was very poor. I wish they make it up to the standards of other Cold Stone locations.

They have a great selection of ice cream, even a vegan option! It's delicious and creamy. It's hit or miss though. I've gotten the strawberry blonde which includes graham crackers, whipped cream and strawberries. The first time I got this, it had a good amount of all the ingredients and was worth the price! The second time I got it, the guy that prepared it put only a few graham crackers and one strawberry. I asked for more strawberries but in the end I paid $8.07 for the medium version of strawberry flavored ice cream.
