Front desk staff had an earbud in and spoke so quietly we couldn't understand her. She summoned someone from the back to answer every question and then also had him push the buttons most of the time. One of the items in the order was wrong, we didn't want to deal with fixing it.

They gave me two hot sauces for five items. The prices have gone way up and the quality and service have gone way down. They were very rude when I went inside and gave me three more sauces. It's run by a bunch of foreigners who don't care about hygiene and service. Smelled like farts in there.

It is 4:30pm on Monday the 4th and I go in to order food nd the young kid tells me that he can't serve me because their server is down. I told him that I would pay cash and he still didn't want to serve me. I was ready to place a big order because I have a big family but the young guy didn't want to serve me. Where I work when our system is down I I tell customers we can take cash but that's it that way we are still making money. All the workers and cooks are just standing there So that's a waste of labor. People don't know how to run a bush these days. Instead I went next door to Five Guys and there were happy to take my business.

Went through the drive thru the guy must’ve been new he had no clue whatsoever about the menu. Had zero customer service, was wearing a pair of sweats and vans tennis shoes.. to top it off our order was cold, incomplete, and not what we ordered at all.. when I attempted to call the store twice no one answered.. extremely

The worst customer service of any fast food place I have been in, in years. After the lunchtime rush yesterday, I went through the drive thru and order three simple items (2 burritos and 1 quesadilla). I received my order, after a five minute wait, then drove home. I opened my bag and found the two burritos and no quesadilla ($5.69(. I tried to call them four times, with no answer. I finally contacted their customer service line. Today, I received a $1 coupon, for my next order. No apology, nothing. Avoid this place at all costs, unless you wish to lose your money.
Workers are super rude honestly every time I've gone they act like it's my fault they chose to work at this establishment also food was horrible worst del taco I've ever been too hopeful management can get rid of people who do nothing for their

The location my family and I dined in at is in Rio rancho New Mexico off of southern and unser. I tried the birria ramen it was not good at all warm and the noodles were not cooked all the way. I had to get a seven layer burrito just to satisfy my appetite, I was not even full but I was not about to go somewhere else. The manager and everyone else were nice stay attitudes clean dining room and restrooms. All in all it was a good day.
