Finally, a great bakery in Rio Rancho where everything is baked fresh that day. A great small business owner, a welcoming atmosphere, clean and inviting. I bought a loaf of bread, yum! I also got two different cookies, and both were fresh and delicious. I am going back for the cinnamon roll. Cannot believe any reviewer that gave a bad rating. Go and try it yourself. You will not be sorry.

Everyone is kind. It's sweet they remember my son and I. Their service is good, but their bakery items are great. I'm always craving their cinnamon rolls and muffins. They have gluten free items as well.

Lady was super nice, best customer service i’ve had in a long time. My car almost was stuck because i made a wrong turn, but she helped me out! All the food is HUGE, and tastes AMAZING. 100% without a doubt worth the price. I highly recommend to anyone looking to fill their Sweet Tooth that day.

This place is right up to road from my house and the closest local bakery in the area. I stopped later in the day and didn't have a large selection to choose from, but fortunately for me they had several cinnamon rolls available. I grabbed one and was a bit shocked by the price ($6), but the price was DEFINITELY worth it. THE best cinnamon roll I've ever had. It was HUGE, and was only able to have a few bites before I satisfied my sweet tooth. Took the rest home and my mom absolutely loved it. Two thumbs up, for sure.

Delectable is the cutest little bakery and the food is so yummy! We’ll be in often for our favorite cookies treats, breakfast bagels and you can’t forget to try the matcha! My husband devoured the giant cinnamon roll and we even got a baguette to pair with our Alfredo dinner at home! This was just disappointing. We got a cookie, and it’s so underdone, that I could make a whole new cookie with the raw dough in the middle. I would genuinely throw this out if I made this. Let alone sell it for $6.50?
