I used to like coming to this place but customer service has gone down hill. I was ordering my burritos and at the end of my order I told them I had a coupon. She then told me she had already processed my order. As I got to the window I explained to her that it does not say anything on the coupon about mentioning that you have coupon first. She told me she couldn’t do it because then it would charge her system. Very weird. She was not kind or understanding. She would rather me leave with no food then ask a manager or assistance to make the order work and not waste food. Very sad and frustrating. Oh well. Burrito express it is.

The manager at this location is extremely rude!! She has no customer service skills, very confrontational for no reason. She tried to multitask but instead she got angry with me and she literally came outside to argue with me. I've been going to this location for a long time until this incident happened. She truly needs an attitude adjustment.Be aware!

I have gotten sick after eating their food every time I have “decided to try them again”.Quality of ingredients being used is absolutely terrible…can hardly chew through the meat.Noticed flies in the grill area, not just a couple buzzing around, it was a small community of flies, and they call Filiberto’s home.Even stoned, I will no longer eat here.

I used to go to this place all the time for carne asada fries until they gave me completely undercooked food and when I called about it they were extremely rude and refused to remake it or give me a refund. I will be going to Federico’s from now on!
