came into 5 guys around 7:30pm on march 27th with my family to enjoy a meal for my birthday. we ordered our food but as my mom was paying the skinny kid with glass started hitting on my mom. this is very rude and unprofessional considering that my entire family including her husband was right there. this made not only my mom but my sister and girlfriend extremely uncomfortable. i wanted to sit with family and enjoy a meal but couldn’t because a teenager can’t keep comments to him self. DISGUSTING!

This is an updated review. I really enjoy Five Guys up until recently when I started paying $25 per person for a meal. For a burger, fries and a drink.C'mon Five Guys, you're gonna have to do better or I will not be coming back. $12-15 is more reasonable price per person.Dietary restrictions: Offer gluten free options.

Ordered with 15 minute pick up, arrived on time, but had to wait an additional 30 minutes while the ice cream we had ordered next door had melted. Manager seemed to care and was apologetic, for the long delay on an only two burger order. Other staff did not care and was dismissive when we arrived saying it had just been printed.

As always, I did an Advance order, and it was ready on time. Delicious! Only problem was they sometimes they use too much salt on the fries.
Went in to get my family dinner and have never been so disappointed with customer service before. One of the workers named “Steve” was incredibly rude to me and even scared my children. This is not okay whatsoever.

McDonald’s is better than this. This is literally disgusting how are you gonna charge $10 for a soggy unflavored burger and $7 for soggy fries. I can’t even say it’s a Great value Inn n Out. Don’t waste your money.
