I was on the way home and stopped by Subway where I witnessed incompetence as they burned my sandwich. I walked out and remembered that there was a Jersey Mikes closer to home. I had never had their food before and decided to give it a shot. Great decision!!!! The staff is friendly and welcoming and the food is AMAZING!!!! Jersey Mikes is now my go to. I will never go to Subway again.

Came in on a late night 15 minutes before closing, crew was still down to get my hot sub knocked out, quality was honestly one of my better ones out of the last few visits which have never been bad. Appreciate the crew for the great efforts.

Went to this place a few months ago and the owner and the employee with him that day were great. Today there were 4 or 5 employees, young boys hanging around, messing around. I waited 5 min the only one in line. It was as though nobody wanted to work. The only one who addressed me and got the ball rolling was the taller individual. It got busy and they still proceeded to waste time making the 2 sandwiches. It was 2 #3s Mike's way. I don't know that I'll go back if these kids don't take responsibility and professionalism seriously.

I have been coming to this location since it opened. For some reason for the last year they have been slacking. Unless I am in person to place the order, it is messed up. Sometimes it is small like leaving off pickles but it has escalated to breads being mixed up, the add ones being mixed up on sandwiches, literally drenched with oil and vinegar when asked to put on side. There is a reason they have instructions on the app. Out of the last 15 times of ordering for pick up or delivery the order is wrong. I called asking for corrections, it was delivered, I had to go pick it up and they still managed to mess it up again. Can the management please address how to make sandwich order that come in on the app? I love Jersey Mike's, and I would like to have the convenience of ordering on the app without the mess ups.

I the only customer and 4 employees stood waiting for someone to greet me, take my order, something. I ordered 2 specific sandwiches from the menu and basically built it my way. That's what menus are for. There was major tension amongst employees obviously. Never again will I visit this sandwich shop.

I eat here a few times a week, it's always great, they just go a little too crazy with the oil and they don't give napkins even though they had you a sandwich that is literally dripping. But it's delicious

Ordered through delivery a Club and Chicken Philly without cheese. Upon delivery the club was so saturated with oil it was falling apart. I ate half of it and tossed the other half. Horrible after taste. My wife's Chicken Philly was loaded with beef and had nothing else. Disappointed!
