Managed this store years ago and because of door dash I began ordering from them. They are horrible at getting the order right! They run out of chicken and have canceled the order twice ans sent out old hard chicken. Talking with the person in charge is useless! I'm not sure if the owners (Alvarados) still are involved but if so they need to step in and help the team out.

Was visiting family from out of town and we saw a commercial for KFC. Decided to order a 16 piece family meal on Uber Eats. I’ve been disappointed by KFC in the past, but everything about this meal was perfect. The chicken was juicy and had lots of meat. The sides were all fresh and hot. And the biscuits were the perfect texture. I had lost hope in KFC but got it back that night!

I just ordered uber eats to get one of my mom’s favorite foods on her death anniversary. I ordered the original chicken with the sides and received my order the chicken is way more then crispy you cannot even get the skin off as you usually can with original chicken. Also it was cooked so long there is almost no meat on all 6 pieces and it is so dry it is disgusting. I spent 45$ and will only be eating a few small sides i got with my meal. Very disappointed.

I'm shocked at how the young manager who answered my call handled my complaint. She had no care for this establishment and excused herself by saying they're understaffed and taking an order while talking to me. By the looks of all these reviews I'm not the only one disappointed. Can't wait to Raising Canes opens!

Put in a online order at 6:30 pm and when I got there to pick up the order they told me they have no chicken made at all and that they were done cooking for the night not sure how that makes sense since they are still open until 10 pm but i had to call kfc customer service just to get a refund for them refusing to make
