The beginning there was some problems major problems they just going to get the order by there were no hurry the manager was rude the one on Southern and then finally they got very good help there I think from another store and things are rolling beautiful like they should be it's a business and we should never be treated bad and the manager there was overly stressed hadn't

It's a shame this place went downhill so fast it was for the longest time the best spot with a decent price now it's terrible food makes it a easy pass I've tried to keep going back for a month steady and it only gets worse everytime under cooked over cooked rotten tasting. It's almost like it's done on purpose or something.

This place used to be so good. The last couple of times I've called to place an order the lady who answered made me feel like I was bothering her with my order. Also the salsa I got the last time tasted old. Not spoiled but getting close to it. I had to throw it out. I order taquitos some times, but the last time they just weren't as good. I'll have to go somewhere else. It's a shame.

I order nachos. The meat was thrown in together like dog food. The cheese was cold. The chips were soggy! It wasn’t even worth it! On top of the manager was rude.

Stuffed sopapillas decreased tominiature size at this specific locationand increased in price (ridiculous). Definitely, will not revisit again. Customerstanding outside drive-up window waitingto complain about the price and size of her burrito which was not made as ordered. Door to restaurant was locked; yet, drive-wup was open. Service was poor. If you want Mexican food accompanied with quality service and a fair price go to the Coors or the Fourth St. location. Happy people work there... ???

These guys raised their prices by almost double and are charging you high end Mexican restaurant for drive through. The prices are definitely not acceptable. $17 for a combo that was just $10 a short time ago is ridiculous. And not even worth it. Portions much smaller than that cost

I originally went through the drive-thru to get my order. It was in the evening, I was tired, had a starving child at home, and was trying to get home to rest after being out working all day!I was very specific about the order and used numbers so no confusion was made. One of the dishes was specifically supposed to be without meat as the person it was ordered for doesn't consume meat products. Then, to my surprise upon getting home, I looked in all the boxes which were the right number of items. Upon opening them all the items were incorrect, meat items, and the completely wrong order.I tried calling before going in to fix it, but was hung up on! Then while waiting for them to fix it, was given attitude, wasn't given any other options for fixing it. I mean come on! What has happened here? Two other orders in the drive-thru I witnessed given the wrong order, while waiting for mine to be fixed. Then while this was being done another person came in with my order. Is there no checks beforehand?**If I was the manager, this is what I would do:Make sure you put a printout of the order stick to the bag, so no mistakes happen.Then triple-check. Recheck the order before given out. I saw no tickets or order recipes.Tisk risk! This is where your mess is coming from! You are hemorrhaging money with these mistakes!

You say beef 3 times inside to their faces and you still get a bean burrito 3 times. And then make it difficult for you to get your money back to where you have to dispute it through your bank. Don't bother with this place. And also cold queso for my chips that was also great. There's other really good choices for Mexican food in Rio Rancho don't stress yourself out here. Not worth it.

I always had a great experience at this location but the other day I went in to get some food and after waiting in line for almost 40 minutes, I drove home and they had given me the wrong order. Must’ve been the food for the person behind me. I called and spoke with the manager who told me that I could come in and they would remake the food. I go back 2 days after because that was the only time I had available and they were closed. Then I go back a day after that and the new manager claimed that I was not speaking the truth and that she can’t honor anything to me even though my information was written down and I had proof that I paid for it. She was extremely rude. All I wanted was my food and instead I was called a liar and never got what I paid for. Absolutely ridiculous. I used to drive all the way to this location specifically instead of the others but I won’t be coming by any more and I advise everyone to be cautious and check your order before you pull off or else you won’t get your money or your food. What a waste of gas and time just for my money to be taken.
Prices went up big time! Update I'm probably done coming here. Waiting 45 minutes for my food and still sitting here waiting as I type this, and yes, I already paid parked around the corner with literally four other vehicles waiting.

Waited in line and placed my order, then waited for a good 20 minutes or more with 2 cars ahead of me, when I finally got to the window to pay and pick up the girl at the window insisted that I hadn't ordered yet and she said she didnt know who could have taken my order since she was the only one with a head set.....not sure why she would have to lie about that! Really slow!

Little Anita's has been a long standing go-to for a quick family meal that is very affordable (in many cases lower cost than fast food chain restaurants) when feeding a family of four. Stick to the NM dinner pack or Taco dinner pack and you can't go wrong. Also make some of the best breakfast burritos in town.Kid-friendliness: My kids love their tacos and enchiladas

We have never gotten bad food or bad service at this location. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Great food. Their carne adovada is amazing!!
