This has happened twice but today was the worst myself and my granddaughter went through drive thru we were asked to give a min I said ok 3 cars since ordered and went I asked why lady said manager told them to fill inside orders first I said ok but why are others orders being taken if I were here first she tells me that's what manager told her I'm waiting still to give my order and nothing 5 more cars go thru I ask to speak to the manager finally after 20 min they take my order at the window I ask for manager and explain to her what's going on and ask for corporate number she won't give it to me and she then tells me she was the one who told me to hold on in the first place? She lied to me about her manager telling her to not take my order it was her she said sorry ounce this is horrible service this was this morning. Second time I went thru drive thru they said I had to pull up front to wait on fries I waited for almost 5 min my daughter was in line three cars behind and was given her meals with fries when she pulled up and asked what I'm waiting on I told her and she went in and asked for a manager all they could say is sorry this is the only store where I've experienced such horrible service not to mention the numerous times our orders were wrong one time they gave our food to the car in front of us I sure hope the owner sees this post and contacts me because this is getting old .

We have been to this Montgomery McDonald's several times. Last time feb2,2024 the fries were cold and hard. My husband's burger had everything on it we requested they leave off, he only wanted mustard and mayo.it had cheese, tomato, pickles, lettuce, onion,ketsup and mayo. It was like they either did not read English or didn't bother to look at the order at all. Never had such awful fries. Thank you

I ordered through the app when I was pulling into a completely different McDonald's, this store took my payment and won't refund me unless I go into the store that I didn't know existed. I called the McDonald's customer service anime escalated to the owner the owner then proceeds to tell me that I need to come in because that's all he can do unless I want points instead. I don't understand why it's so hard to get a refund from an order that wasn't received. I've been trying since the day it happened, October 12th, 2023. Now the owner says he's going to mail me a check and wants my address, all why claiming that being a McDonald's owner/operator, he has nothing to do with the McDonald's app. Before that when I had called and asked about the same situation the manager general manager or whatever laugh because I told her I didn't know where that McDonald's was and where to even go and then she hung up on me. This McDonald's has ruined all of McDonald's and the way that they handled this situation is completely and utterly ridiculous.
It is sad that a place like McDonald's is a choice that poor and hardship people can only afford. It is even sadder that the so called well off, do not intermingled with those unfortunate who are not harming anyone. Those regardless of status quo should (if they are wise enough) intermingled with everyone not to be fabricated nor deceitful in nature. Humanity all bleed the same color of blood, regardless of color of skin and etc..

This location is usually questionable... but my last visit was great. Chicken nuggets were not overcooked and were fresh. The fries were crispy and fresh. They were fast and friendly and gave us a bunch of extra sauces. This is what it should always be like. Maybe a new manager?

The food is good the employee at the first window is always great however I've been there multiple times and the employees at the second window do not acknowledge you they have conversations with each other and not the customers awful need to be trained better or need to get another job where they don't have to have good customer service.

If you want food here DO NOT USE THE DRIVE THRU. You'll get your food WAY faster if you park and walk inside. I got tired of the very long way and left. The other Bernalillo McD's was no better. Unser/Northern has much better
