Why do you offer online in store pick up when the door is locked at 8pm? Waited 30 mins in line for an online order because the line was long. Seen 3 other cars walk up to the door while in was inline. Food was cold by the time we got it home. Won't do that again. Keep the doors open till closing lazy cucks

This place is great. I love the Kung Pao and Bejing beef. Ooo, plus the Honey Walnut shrimp and the Firecracker shrimp! Definitely my go-to favorites ☺️
This is my favorite location! Stopped by around 1:30pm on 3/8/24 and the food was so fresh and all employees were very friendly ? Nice rainy days always have me craving Panda Express and bring back memories of when I worked there as a teen! It was my first job and I will always have a special place in my heart for Panda Express ? ♥️

Why is the lobby closed. There is no sign posted. They got my online order. They didn't put any spy souce. No sweet n sour for the egg rolls. NO chili, no teriyaki for the chicken. I had to wait in line again and the guy and the window was no so nice. I'm disappointed in this Panda! Def not coming back for a long time if ever.

Almost the worse one when it was the best. You get two tiny noodles if you ask for chow mein or under cooked rice. Not to mention you cannot understand a thing anyone says in drive through ever.

Slow, slow, slow, slow, and even slower. If they went any slower, they'd have to speed up to stop. Only half of the staff is worth their pay. I find it unreal that they are still open. If you're looking for Chinese food, go to Nori or Best Lee's.
They've been short staffed or should have more staff during my last few visits. The staff is working hard but with two people working both the drive-thru and dine -in...its slow. Good food and it was nice and hot once I gor it.

Avoid this location if you can. The food always makes me nervous because it’s always a little off. I make sure to check the chicken is cooked through, the rice is still hard sometimes. The customer service is very bland and rude, no friendliness at all. I’ll go to another location from now on.
