The pizza sauce at Papa John's keeps getting sweeter and sweeter. Our family has stopped eating at Papa John's. I don't know if it's the franchise Frozen stuff they use or recipes they're changing but Papa John's started off with a sweet sauce to begin with and now it's overly sweet.

Ordered a large bbq chicken pizza for my boyfriend tonight and I had a gluten free pizza. His normal crust for the pizza was as thin as the gluten free crust. Ridiculous. You used to have decent crust but it’s so thin. Not impressed.

Order consisted of 1 pizza and 1 appetizer. We ordered at 4 PM and didn’t get our delivery until 8 PM. What happened in between that time you ask? Well, after 1.5 hours of not receiving our delivery, we called the store and spoke to the manager who said our order should arrive in the next 10-15 minutes and that the people after us had also called to complain. Our order never came and the app stated that our food was delivered. It was never delivered to our home. This is unacceptable considering we also gave the driver a 20% tip for nothing. So we called back to the store, spoke to the manager who said, “your delivery guy is now back at the store and my best guess is that he dropped it off at the wrong house”. This “manager” couldn’t even apologize for the inconvenience or even offer to make it right. I asked the manager to at least throw in a free dessert or free pizza next time and he said he would give us the cookie dessert item. We didn’t get our order for over an hour later AND didn’t get the free item promised by the manager. The manager of this store appears to be a push over and allows his lousy staff to behave however with no repercussions. Those delivery drivers have to be high on something because how do you miss a whole delivery to a home that’s not even a mile away from the store? We love papa John’s but because of this experience, they lost our business.

I should have read the reviews before ordering from here. One pizza bowl was about halfway full. I would have thought that was normal if I had not ordered two and one wasn’t twice the amount previously. Jalapeño bites were burnt and missing two pieces.

For some reason everytime I order wings from. This place they get the order wrong. Last time I got someone else wings which were barbecue instead of my buffalo and this time they forgot the buffalo sauce I asked for on the side. That's recent but it's happened a lot in the past. I might need to call after I order to remind them to check the order. Pizzas usually end up fine though

please learn to read orders correctly. i am vegetarian and ordered a pizza with jalapeños and pineapple. when it arrived it had no pineapple and when i took a bite i realized there was pepperoni UNDER THE CHEESE. i had to spit it out and was left with a large pizza i could not eat. IT WAS DEVIOUS.

We ordered there from last night. I guess they use another delivery service to deliver their food. The person took a picture of front of our house to make it look like they dropped it off and we never got our food. They stole it. Had to call Papa John’s let them know what happened they did not really seem to care. They refunded our money but they made it really seem like it wasn’t their problem that this happened. I get to use an outside source to deliver their food but maybe they should rethink that so people don’t steal peoples orders and never receive their food. very disappointed. I’m never ordering from them again you have lost a customer.Parking: They are located on a side street. It’s a really weird spot.

This is the worst place ever. They were so short staffed and overwhelmed nobody knew their head from their...will ya know...they were rude, charged us twice...took them 1hr and 37 mins they told us,when we just went to pick it up our order,it had been sitting there for over an hour and that they were just waiting on a delivery driver. We understand being over worked and under paid,but the rudeness and unprofessionalism is in excusable! When we asked for a manager they said there wasn't one and they would not give us the name of one or the name of the owner for that matter! We will NOT be returning!!!!
