Ok, so we didn't know what to do for dinner. It was 15 til 8. I told my husband Papa Murphy's is getting ready to close, but let's go. There was a nice lady who helped us and she made our pizza no problem. I will tell you what it was the best pizza we had in a while. Thank you! Tell you what people say it's the hand that makes it! I believe it for sure. I wish I had gotten her name. Amazing pizza, older gal! Please keep this lady we will be back!!!!

Stopped by here to get a take and bake. An employee( female) took my order and then had to make another customers order, she changed her gloves from the register to the pizza. Ruben (assistant manger) came from the back to help, he was wearing latex gloves (not disposable), he squirted hand sanitizer on the gloves and commenced unwrapping the pizzas. After unwrapping the pizzas, he then threw the wrap behind himself attempting to hit the trash can, he missed. When he started to make my pizza, I politely asked for him to use new gloves. He smiled at me, turned around and squirted more hand sanitizer on them, then said this is "state regulations". I said again, I'd like new gloves just like the other employee did. He picked my pizza crust up and threw it aside (about a foot or two) he said, then she can make it for you and laughed. I looked at him and said, "wow, you're a real professional". He seemed more flustered and leaned forward aggressively toward me and said, "you should see what we do when we make the dough". This guy is an embarrassment to Papa Murphy's, and reflects poorly to this franchise.Worst service I've ever encountered.

Seriously, "f" ing horrible service... we ordered 1.5 hours, ended up waiting 30-45 extra minutes... and the "d" bag with a long dirty beard, only said" it will be a while" talk about rude... seriously rude and late crappy service... plus the place was a messThe only thing that was good was the young employee....

So, I get a call from my wife today, an employee named Ruben D, apparently, cussed her out, Because he had a note on the door that he was in the restroom, she waited a really long time ( already paid online mind you) so she called and he came out, threatened her, and cussed her out, she had to call the cops, this is unacceptable, I am livid! Expect a call to corporate office

By far one of the most enjoyable environments I have been to in a long time. Pizza was made with a smile and it shows. The gentleman working was absolutely a joy to be around even for the short amount of time I was there! ?

I give no stars if it was an option. The kid behind the counter is very unprofessional and was high as a kite. When I came in to pick up my order he was making one of the calzones I ordered and didn't make it right. All 3 were customized. I asked for chicken, cheese and garlic sauce and bacon. The kid added tomatoes and green peppers right in front of me and kept hesitating about what ingredient he was gonna pick up. This location has gone down hill. We used to order from here all the time. Such a shame.

Tried to get a pizza door was still open went in and there is a guy behind the counter is kind of busy counting money so patiencely waited and waited 5 or 10min went by he didn't not speak to me or even let me know there were closed he was just bragging about 74 dollars that he was over but am sure he over charged some customers and asking his coworker what they were going to do with the extra money or what they should buy. Then before I leave watched that guy pick up a bag of sausage of the floor and put it on the counter then puts his hand in the sauce while putting it away so then I left store didn't feel like eating there pizza anymore.

Went into this store today to pick up an online order. Upon arrival there were two other females in lobby waiting for their orders. A male employee came in from back and as he entered he asked another male in back to assist. The second male came from the back yelling and cursing. He used the " n" word multiple times as well as f@##, and stated he would not help. The young male then went to the back and began throwing things. Don't go to this store management obviously has no control, and this behavior is not acceptable in front of customers.
