This is my experience at this subway restaurant. In December 2023 till now 2024 I have been waiting on a response about a piece of wire found in my food , it made two puncture wounds on my cheek,I called the store and was later contacted by the owner .there insurance company wanted the wire to investigate where it came from I gave it to them and they called me back and stated that subway was not liable for a metal object in my food. I as well as my family and friends in Bernalillo will never eat subway from this location or any subway again. I hope this reaches near and far that this place doesn’t care about the quality of there food and or there customers

Went through the whole process of ordering 3 sandwiches just to get to the register and when I tried to pay with cash the employee said he couldn’t take cash and when I asked why he responded because the manager said we can’t take cash. Left the food and walked out. The employee should’ve said No cash when I first walked in. Waste of my time after a long day and waste of food. I will never by sandwiches from this location again!

I come a few times a week, almost always my food is well prepared, but the girl who sometimes serves me looks angry all the time, she never smiles, she is a little rude to the customers. At least that has been my experience when she is in the place.

I purchased a numbered sandwich and was told the coupon did not cover numbered sandwiches. The coupon listed the exceptions that were not available using the coupon. Why are you charging extra for numbered sandwiches when the coupon specifically indicates what is not available? This is the second time in less than a month I was asked to pay extra when I presented a coupon.

Went for a traditional sub. It is a smaller area with a narrow space at the counter and register. Difficult to have a good experience when the person ahead is griping about technical issues on their digital order. I had to wait to pay while the other person blocked the register. I didn't plan to stay inside, but wouldn't have after the scene the person made. Parking was close and available. Restaurant was clean and well stocked.

Actually had a good sub, but there were issues. One of which was the coupon I just got in the mail, I live near by. They wouldn't honor it even though it clearly listed what was excluded. The store made up their own rules. There was also no water cups.Parking: Not a huge parking lot, but the set limits traffic so shouldn't have a issue most days.

Missing items: Look in your bag to make sure everything is included if you are placing an online order. I ordered cookies, and they were not in my bag when I got home. I even tipped in the app… ? kind of makes a person not feel appreciated when you tip, and then stuff is missing. The sandwich was good though and not sloppy, so 4 stars.

Called in to dispute a transaction that was charged twice onto my credit card. They provided me with a phone number to call and get it fixed. When they answered they told me off for calling their personal phone and the call got no where with the problem at hand. No body wants to get bothered, I get it but I work customer service as well and I will never treat any of my customers the way I was treated. So sad.
