Had a late lunch/early dinner. Plenty of seats available inside. We were seated promptly and food came out quickly. My wings were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. I had a buffalo chicken salad which was well portioned and tasty. The ranch dressing is house made, but was very mild in flavor. Service was friendly.

We ate here for the first time this past Sunday and all I can say is wow. Their filet cheesesteak sandwich was soooo delicious. First it is huge and served on this delicious French bread and easily shared- though I simply ate the second half for dinner. Second the meat is so tender and bursting with flavor. My wife had the phillie cheese macaroni and was equally impressed. I am already eager to go again. Service was friendly and prompt and our server checked in with us several times during the meal.

Food was very good the first time we visited. Sat at the bar and ordered a few burgers and had a few drinks, service was great. So today was my wife's birthday, we thought hey let's go back to High Point.First, Let me warn you if you are not skinny do not let them sit you in a booth. It was so uncomfortable and my wife and I couldn't move. The table nor booths are able to be moved to accommodate us. We sat there until we got our food, drank some soda, ate some chips n salsa, and watched my daughter draw some awesome anime characters on the butcher paper. Once my daughter finished her drawing we asked for to-go boxes and proceeded to leave. Staff didn't even seem to notice none of the food was eaten when we asked for 4 to-go boxes.Unfortunately we were really looking forward to trying the carmel apple cobbler cake with ice cream. We eyed it last time we visited but had no room for dessert. I guess there is always next. Lesson learned.

Our first visit to High point grill and we'll definitely go back. The service was great.Good local draft beer selection and wine. Food was good with huge portions. Lots of cheese and sauces.Lights in part of the restaurant are very bright white LEDs so we sat at the bar with more dim soft colors.
You'll be waiting a bit, but it's sooo beyond worth it. Some of the only great food in town.

My food was good. Expensive though. My waitress charged me for a soda that I did not order. I told her about it. She told me that she must have got me mixed up with my friend. She did not offer to refund me either. So - I paid for a soda I didn't order. I still left a tip. I won't be going back.
