I was pleasantly surprised this is their second location! Everything we’ve tasted from here has been wonderful. Staff is friendly and atmosphere is welcoming! Can’t wait to try the shakes they look amazing!

This was an awesome 1st experience. The establishment was clean. I enjoyed the music and the cartoons. The food was fantastic. The shakes are delicious! A lot of homemade treats. Homemade whipped cream in my vanilla shake! Homemade buns on my burger. I'm going back and definitely taking my family! Customer service was super fast and friendly!

Came with my mom on a day out. Food is amazing and filling, calm and quiet atmosphere, service is above excellent. Prices are also very affordable. If I could give more stars I would. 10/10 would recommend for people looking for good food in the mall.

We had a couple of excellent burgers today at Upscale Burgers and Shakes in Cottonwood Mall. They don't have a ton of fancy frou-frou toppings, just really good, flavorful fresh ingredients cooked to perfection.I had a cheeseburger and my husband had the bacon swiss burger. Both were delicious, as were the fries.On a previous visit, I tried their fantastic sweet potato fries, and my husband had a strawberry shake which he really enjoyed.Upscale is locally owned, too, and their staff is friendly and efficient. Skip the chain places in the food court and give Upscale Burgers and Shakes a try!

This was SUCH a fun and delicious diner. Our burger was full of juice and flavor. The turtle pecan milkshake was balanced and decently proportioned. The sweet potato fries almost made me sick because I could not stop eating them!;crispy and warm. Every server in the place checked on us and smiled our way several times throughout our dining experience. Upscale felt like the coziest spot we've been to in a while.Kid-friendliness: They played cartoons on a projector!

I only had the burger and fries, the burger was really good and the fries were pretty tasty as well. The service was great. I'm sure I'll be eating there again.
They get really skimpy on togo orders. The chicken fingers were....bad for a lack of a better word. I don't even want to know what kind of oil they used for frying it. Speaking of fries....too much oil. My hand was literally dripping with grease. Hard pass for me. Mine was togo, the person who at there in person said the burger was ok, but the in-house fries were just as greasy there asmy togo ones were.

The food was fresh, tasted great and you can tell the cooks took pride in their work. I love the idea that even the fries are cut by hand and nothing was overly greasy. The shake was also delicious, it could have been mixed better though when taking a sip it tasted like straight chocolate syrup.

Great server, awful food. Literally some of the worst I’ve had.Single green chile cheeseburger: meat was flavorless, top bun was soft, but too big & the bottom bun was cold and hard. Only good thing was fresh veggies.Chicken tenders: chicken was rubbery, greasy & over cooked.Fries included in both orders were soggy & too salty.Ketchup & ranch dressing tasted so weird. I think they use cheap brands for these & you can tell.
